@Audiolevels I’ve had the Timeless, Tangzu Zetian Wu, P1 Max and LetShuoer Z12. Sold the Timeless and Tangzu…somehow I would always find myself going back to the Z12 and Giant Panda. Different tunings done VERY well…so they cover all my listening requirements. U mention the LetShuoer’s holographic sound…I’m right there with u. These things are truly fantastic. And for the price…u can’t go wrong
I listen to the S12 Pro with my Fiio M11 Plus DAP and they sound phenomenal. There's something about them that's so addictive and I find myself listening to these more often than my Monarch MKII iem's. Love the channel by the way. Looking forward to watching more of your reviews!
It is bonkers! I have a collection of planars. All are amazing. I use the ifi go blu to power them and it sounds so close to my 30k house separates with ribbon tweeters. WTF $400 sounds like a 30k system.
Hi mate, You mentioned 4 months ago that you would do a Planar Magnetic IEM roundup in a month. It’s now 4 months later and it still isn’t up…. Could you please get your Planar Magnetic Round Up done…..? We would appreciate it….. Cheers 🙏🙏🙏
Hi thanks for the video. These iems has been on my list. For a warm sounding iem. But I am too short on cash hence I was considering the TRN st5 or the KZ pr1 (its a planar by KZ). There is also an updated version of KZ pr1 called kz pr1 pro coming soon with updated tuning and cable. I wanted a warm sounding iem and the s12 pro was on my list. But they are too expensive for me as of now, and also I did hear in many places them having issues due to them having short nozzle. Which is an issue I suffee with a lot I as the same issues with my blon. Can't use them for god sakes.
Z12 was $143 during the Amazon - Hifigo - Linsol - sale last week. It will be that same price again soon. That’s $100 cheaper than the also Amazing 7hz timeless.
I had the S12 and loved them, I just wish they had 5DB more in Bass .....you are right about everyone having a favorite according to sound......my favorite from the ones I have are the Moondrop Variations.....that's my preferred sound .....and believe they are the best not only for the money but in the sound signature that I enjoy .....you are tempting me to buy a pair of P1's but my question is how does the sound signature of the P1 compare to the Variations ? ........
Aside from the ways these were all tuned by the developers, they most probably share similar hardware, drivers, etc. My question is, if you planed on using EQ with something like the Qudelix, could they all be tuned to someone's best sound preference? Or does one of them contain a driver or feature that would elevate it over a competitor? Otherwise, we would just go with one that was the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Thanks for anyone takes the time to reply.
Bought the tinhifi p1 plus, and driving it with a Samsung s10 and a FiiO BTR5 2021 and they sound amazing in my modest view everything sounds so balanced and the bass and subs are more than enough and precise.. Thanks, you were right, i love them and now i am thinking about the letshouer that sells for 130€...

Great video. Thank you!!!! 👍 I have a few Planars including Timeless & S12 so might not go back in again for the pro version. I'm really intrigued by the P1s. Can you let me know if it's the P1 or P1 Pro that you have?. They look quite similar and I can't tell from your video which one you have.. Thanks a mil. 😎
I think that the only difference is the nicer cable. The driver and tuning are the same on both. But the S12 really does benefit from the balanced connection.
Thank you for the review, wonder if you will like Talos or too light in midbass for you....don't understand why there is no balanced cable especially from Dunu...❗️😎 Btw just ordered Zetian Wu and the og Oracle...
I think Talos still pretty great if most of the Westernes forget the BA switch , I suppose, We almost all have these days more then one plannar to pick the flavor for the moment…😎🌶
since you mentioned the P1, that made me interested again in the P2. Weird freq graph, hardest IEM to drive, twice as expensive as the timeless, there must be something Tinhifi was thinking when they made these iems. i wonder what your thoughts are on the P2s and great content btw!
I listen to a lot of heavy metal like slipknot rage against the machine slaughter to prevail Avenged sevenfold type of music have hd 599 looking for something portable for walks ect these any good for this type of music what would you recommend for my needs in this price range thanks

Hi! I don't have a request. I just wanted to say your videos help me a lot, and the way you treat your community is an example to follow!

Is it possible to drive this without any DACs or DAPs? I mean sure is possible but does it make a big difference?

@@8020Alive Awesome JT thanks for helping
As Jt says discounts will be available in the next few days for the s12.
Out of the ones you mentioned i haven't heard yet.
LetShuoer sells them direct it seems…on their website it’s still listed for $135👍🏻
No request but the s12 is one of my daily rotation iems. Mainly between yanyin canon, s12 and theiaudio elixir.
How’s the Elixir? I’ve been contemplating them since they were released…but never pulled the trigger…yet

Есть Z12! У них как раз басс поднят совсем немного dB.
This review is pretty straight forward and spot on. Thank you very much.

Subscribed to your channel as soon as I heard 'variations of brilliance' comment. So damn right 👍
Planning to pair these with a QUDELIX 5K

I’ve got the OG S 12’s ..good cable with Final Audio E tips and I’m good 🙂
Hey! Do you think they sound good on a decent phone ? Or using a dongle will make the quality considerably better ? Thank uu

S12 pro + link2 4.4 bal = Heaven
Did you mention the OG S12? Sorry, if I missed that, but I know these are very close to the S12, so how would they compare?
I think that the only difference is the nicer cable. The driver and tuning are the same on both. But the S12 really does benefit from the balanced connection.
Also if I am not wrong some say that s12 pro has a bit more bass than the normal one.

Talos review up tomorrow....very much along the lines of what you mentioned :p

If there's too much sub bass no problem just turn down the sub bass
If you're a basshead this or the p1?
this for sure
Will you review the Elysian x Effect Gaea?
