In most countries It's illegal using this devices but no doubt someone use this devices for cheating problems (wife/husband), or to play jokes to friends. For the design point of view (that is the most important for the experimenter) you can fit a car battery to your spybug to let it last for a year but dimension are important for a device like this, to be concealed ;)

yes its a toy i bought 1 twice years apart and the result was the same. it does not let you know when it is fully charged helping you to damage it quicker
