Hi... some of the manufacture dont display the device Imei number. 1) Check if the SIM card you use is active and able to receive and send sms using your phone. 2) Check if the SIM card is lock with a SIM Lock, take the sim card and put it in your phone and start it up, if you are required to key in a PIN number for the SIM card to work means its lock, go to your phone settings -> security -> SIM Card -> unlock the card then restart your phone, if the lock is deactivated your phone should be able to start up without keying in PIN code. 3) Try using it outdoors, check if the signals is 3 bars or more If still having the same problem, the set is defective, get a refund or replacement from your seller. I would like to know about the battery backup. How often do we need to charge, if audio function is enabled or disabled. Also, is this device water proof.
the battery is quite small size. it wont last long if you continue to let it run even though there is no one taling in the room. You can set the device to call you mobile phone when it detected sounds, to save on battery power. To extend the battery power, you can either plug it into a power bank or a phone charger.
I'm unable to get emergency alarm, though I seont 'SOS' , I also authorized my number & it aws successful but pressing the SOS button I not getting a single call. I'm able to get the location alert by messaging DW, also able to get automatic alls when there is large sound but the SOS formula is troubling me. Can you please tell me the right wy to fiz SOS & set up the number to which the device will call after pressing the SOS button... Please bro
After setting the authorized number you need to set up the sos function, pls see video 4.55 Not all networks is supported. some can work some cannot. pressing the sos button for the gps to call the authorized number will works when u successfully set up the sos function.

As a gps tracker its a piece of poop, don't waste your money. I bought two. Both had error of 880m at home. (that's an 880m radius to find something.) Out on the road testing showed the error was not consistent so I could not even calculate the error and adjust for it. Poop, Poop, Poop!

If it keeps blinking means the Unit cannot connect to the telco line. 1) Take out the SIM Card and putting it back again 2) Sometimes due to line signal not strong 3) Indoor or basement will cause it to lose connection 4) Try other SIM Card brand or telco 5) If still having the same problem, most likely the unit you got is not stable. Do check that the commands you sent is the correct one. You can take out the SIM card and put it in a phone to check if it can send and receive sms before putting in the tracker.

This tracker is not a GPS Tracker so its not accurate. It uses cell phone tower to triangulate the position, depending on the distance of the cell phone towers location and the tracker, it will give you a estimated location only. A8 tracker is more suitable as a spy listening device. For more accurate location tracking you need to use another model "TK102" its a true GPS Tracker with a build in GPS satellite antenna.
Yes it does. Just plug in and it will auto detect and connect to the telco line. Do make sure that the SIM Card you use does not have any SIM Card lock on it. The tracker don't use any app. It just use regular sms, you send the commands from your phone to the phone number that is in the tracker, or you can call the number to listen in on conversation.
The mic is inside the casing. the sound hole might be block by some small plastic bits during manufacturing. you can take apart the casing to see if the microphone is block or is it in the correct position on the casing hole or not. if the hole is block or out of position the sound cant reach the mic and it cant pickup sound properly. If its not block or out of position. if might be the mic that is defective. you need to test it what is causing the problem.

When you put in the SIM card it should be able to auto activated. 1) Use your phone to check see if there is SIM LOCK on the card, put the SIM card into your phone, power it up, if you see a page asking you to key in a PIN number for the SIM card means there is a SIM LOCK, got to settings - security - SIM lock to remove the SIM LOCK 2) If there is no SIM lock check see if the SIM card you use is with a active line that can send and receive SMS 3) Check the coverage in your area, if you got bad reception try to go out doors. 4) If still having the same problems, the tracker is defective, get a refund or replacement from your seller. Most probly the mic hole on the top is block or not big enough. You can open up the casing and locate the mic on the inside. Check if the casing hole on top for the mic is not block, you can make the hole bigger for more sounds to get into the casing for the mic to pickup the sounds. Hope this helps. it will send you a google map link. when you click on the link it will be open using google map. from there you can view the location. but for this tracker its not acurate because its not a true gps tracker, it uses cell towers to triangulate the nearest location.

Do remember to put the SIM card into a phone to check:- 1) if the SIM card got SIM lock. If have remove the lock 2) check see if the SIM card can SMS and have enough credit to send SMS.
low sound means u bough a set that is with only 1 mic. Factory cut cost to compete on price cut out some parts in the set. It suppose to have 2 sets of mic. Small tracker can fit only small size battery. If you want a longer battery life you have to get TK102 model with bigger size battery. And of course the size of the tracker is bigger. You cant expect a small size tracker with a small size battery to have a long standby time.

@@TaQo007 I am not sure which country the tracker can support for location tracking. Anyway if Ur going to use it for checking location it's not that accurate anyway, because it's not a true GPS. It doesn't have a GPS antenna. It uses cellphone towers to triangulate the location to the nearest position.

This tracker is not a GPS Tracker so its not accurate. It uses cell phone tower to triangulate the position, depending on the distance of the cell phone towers location and the tracker, it will give you a estimated location only. A8 tracker is more suitable as a spy listening device.
For more accurate location tracking you need to use another model "TK102" its a true GPS Tracker with a build in GPS satellite antenna.

yes. the person who put it there can call the number on the sim card in the tracker to listen in on conversation and record it on thier phone.
Does support all gsm?
Yes it does. Just plug in and it will auto detect and connect to the telco line. Do make sure that the SIM Card you use does not have any SIM Card lock on it. It won't be able to access the card if it's lock.
If you are not sure, use your phone to check, when you start up the phone and it requires a pin code to start up the SIM card means its lock, go to your phone settings -> security settings to disable it.
Do note that this is not a true GPS Tracker. It uses cell phone towers to triangulate the rough location.

You can track as far as the whole country depending on the telco company line coverage.

I bought a new 4g sim card activated it, put credit on it but the red light won't go away, any idea what the problem might be?
Most probably the device is defective. This are cheap products from china. If you order 5 sets u might get 2 sets that is not working properly with quality issues.

How to check the location of the device on MAP...
Hi.... you just click on the google map link when the tracker send a sms to your phone. It will show the location in google map. The location is not acurate because the tracker uses 3 nearest phone towers to triangulate the position. It's not a "GPS" tracker.

The tracker don't use any app. It just use regular sms, you send the commands from your phone to the phone number that is in the tracker, or you can call the number to listen in on conversation.
Why Sound quality is not clear...I'm using Airtel sim...
The mic is inside the casing. the sound hole might be block by some small plastic bits during manufacturing. you can take apart the casing to see if the microphone is block or is it in the correct position on the casing hole or not. if the hole is block or out of position the sound cant reach the mic and it cant pickup sound properly.
If its not block or out of position. if might be the mic that is defective. you need to test it what is causing the problem.

This is a OEM product from China, there are many manufactures producing it. There are some differences on the light color and light indication.
Some of the light will turn off when its fully charged.
Some will turn to green color when its fully charged.
If you are not sure, you can just charge it for 4 hours to get a full charge.

When you put in the SIM card it should be able to auto activated.
1) Use your phone to check see if there is SIM LOCK on the card, put the SIM card into your phone, power it up, if you see a page asking you to key in a PIN number for the SIM card means there is a SIM LOCK, got to settings - security - SIM lock to remove the SIM LOCK
2) If there is no SIM lock check see if the SIM card you use is with a active line that can send and receive SMS
3) Check the coverage in your area, if you got bad reception try to go out doors.
4) If still having the same problems, the tracker is defective, get a refund or replacement from your seller.

Most probly the mic hole on the top is block or not big enough.
You can open up the casing and locate the mic on the inside. Check if the casing hole on top for the mic is not block, you can make the hole bigger for more sounds to get into the casing for the mic to pickup the sounds.

it will send you a google map link. when you click on the link it will be open using google map. from there you can view the location. but for this tracker its not acurate because its not a true gps tracker, it uses cell towers to triangulate the nearest location.

Very bad low sound poor battery life
low sound means u bough a set that is with only 1 mic. Factory cut cost to compete on price cut out some parts in the set. It suppose to have 2 sets of mic.
Small tracker can fit only small size battery. If you want a longer battery life you have to get TK102 model with bigger size battery. And of course the size of the tracker is bigger. You cant expect a small size tracker with a small size battery to have a long standby time.

se non riesci a connetterti a una rete, controlla se la tua scheda SIM ha un BLOCCO SIM o non utilizza il telefono. Quando sei sul tuo telefono ti chiederà di digitare la password significa che c'è un BLOCCO SIM, vai alle impostazioni nel tuo telefono per disabilitare il BLOCCO SIM prima di rimetterlo nel tracker.
Se hai eseguito questo passaggio e ancora non ci riesci significa che il tracker è difettoso. ottenere un rimborso o una sostituzione dal tuo venditore.
Se può essere in grado di localizzare ma non sarà accurato perché questo non è un vero localizzatore GPS. usa solo la torre cellulare per stimare la posizione.

se funziona dovresti essere in grado di ricevere un link alla posizione tramite sms. ma il tracciamento non sarà accurato perché non è un vero tracker gsp. utilizza la torre del telefono cellulare per triangolare la posizione più vicina. puoi provare un'altra carta SIM dal telefono dei tuoi amici con diversi telco vedere se funziona. se ancora non riesci a ottenere un rimborso o una sostituzione dal tuo venditore, molto probabilmente il tracker che hai ricevuto è difettoso.

Using SMS. Sent from your phone to the tracker SIM card number. Make sure there is no SIM lock on the card. Please see video how to do it.
after inserting sim, the red light is blinking. but the number is showing out of coverage when i call. and there was no silver strip (with imei no.) on the device i had received
1) Make sure that the SIM card that ur using is not lock. (SIM Lock). Take out the SIM card and put it in ur phone and start up the phone, if you need to key in a pin code for the SIM to work means the SIM card is lock. Go to ur phone "Setting" -> "security" -> "SIM card setting" to disable the lock
2) If the SIM card is not lock, do check that is a active SIM card that is able to receive signals, data is working and send out sms.
3) The red light shoulb be off when its able to connect to a telco network. Try going outdoors see if that works.
If you have tried all this and still having same problem, the tracker might be defective. Get a replacement or refund from ur seller.
