Thanks for the review. I have the Taga F-100 v.3 for quite a long time now. This floorstanding model has the flaws fixed that you mentioned in your review. I know floorstanders and bookshelves and not necessarily in the same league. Still I wanted to mention this, as for some people this F-100 v.3 can be a really great choice, a speaker with lots of potential.
Totally agree, speaking from experience, for home theater it might be a great buy! Actually, I'd even say flat frequency response is unwanted in this type of scenario.
Hi there! I found a pair of TAGA HARMONY Platinum B-40 SE speakers for just 200€ (new price 1087€) do you think they will be a proper upgrade from a set of b&w 607 s2?
Hard to say it would be objectively better than B&W 607. In terms of soundstage and bass it probably is an upgrade because 607 is a very small speaker. The drivers themselves (and so breakup points & distortion) could be of higher quality in the Bowers but having said that I didn't like the sound of the 606 (I haven't listened to the 607 S2) so maybe you'll find Taga to be more pleasing overall. 200 euro is a really nice price I must admit so i wouldn't regret the buy if I was you. Fun fact: both share some sparkle in the treble and sense of clarity.

My home theatre 7.2 is made with these Taga platinum 40 speakers and two Taga subs (Marantz 5013) not bad, not bad ! Especially for gaming (PS4 Pro)
