You will be happy when Hamas controls the nukes, right? I wonder, why do you measure the 75 years? What about the Jews being thrown out of every Arab country? You don't care, do you?
There are 1.6 million Arabs living in Israel as full citizens with voting rights. That's a very strange Apartheid. As for you code word genocide, if Israel wanted to genocide in Gaza it would take them five minutes and no loss of their soldiers. Learn the history. If you think Jewish mothers want their boy having anything to do with Gaza you are insane. They have no choice. Hamas are barbarians and to their own people, who in turn, many have become barbarians. I only hope Israelis will keep their humanity and that the bad apples will not take control. BIbi will be thrown out of office because unlike Gaza and the West Bank, Israel has elections, sometimes every other month. It's called democracy which these ladies do not care about. They understand only power, they view the world in the powerful vs. the weak, not right and wrong. Both sides are not always right, but Bri is rarely right. She professes to be a journalist but she is 100 percent advocate.
Americans support Israel. Young American never support what they will support when they grow up. This propaganda Bri is pushing does not help the Palestinian cause because she travels in modern-day blood liable and communist-Marxist power based political criticisms.

I come here from the opposite spectrum. South Dakota 5th generation cowboy. I live 40 miles from the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Here we are, in the same space. At the risk of being called names, I'm voting for President Trump. He passed and funded the Second Chance Act, which freed a lot of Lakota people serving outlandish sentences. We are missing 5500 Indian women here in Reservation Country. We think many of these girls are being sold into slavery in Central and South America as the Reservation has been infiltrated with Mexican illegals who bring in fentanyl and meth. Trump was the only one who showed any concern by signing an Executive Order to fund resources towards figuring out what is happening to our Lakota Indian women. If we had a billion dollars of that Ukraine/Israel money, it would change the desperate way of life that my Lakota friends are living. Just a billion.

There is one aspect of this larger conversation that has gone undiscussed. Norm Finkelstein somewhat alluded to it in his discussion about Nat Turner, and that is “What is the moral obligation of an individual within an oppressed group to that very group?” Those who rise up against their oppressors are morally courageous. The Jews in Poland rose up against the Nazis during WWII. Native peoples in America rose up against European white colonizers and their enablers, the US Calvary (see George Armstrong Custer). One could compile a very long list of similar examples. History does not condemn them for the same reason one cannot condemn Nat Turner (or John Brown) because he (they) was morally courageous. I believe it is proper to view Hamas/October 7th in a similar way. I am not condoning violence of any kind, but one must understand that when one group oppresses another, the inevitable result will be violence against the oppressor. The oppressor is the root of the violence and the oppressed have a moral obligation to overthrow the oppression.

I totally agree with you, Hamas might be, in the UK a designated ‘Terrorist group’ but to a lot of people they are freedom fighters. We all condemn the violence that happened on Oct 7th but as a lot of people have said when asked the inane question’Do you condemn Hamas’ what about Oct 6, 5,4,3,2,1, and so on and continuing on from 1948 to now. I think that question is being asked less now, it’s become a joke, literally. After 10,000 children have been slaughtered and 8000 women and over 7000 men and elderly civilians it’s a stupid question to ask anyone now. It’s as if the world has finally found out through social media especially, what the Palestinians have been enduring for so long. Also how the Israelis have become brutes and thugs, we’ve also had our eyes open to how the west panders to Israel, how the USA has become like the daddy with a spoiled brat (Israel) who is forever asking for more, the brat has turned into a murderous monster and wants daddy to cover for him. Not true. ICJ quickly issued a preliminary order in the case brought by South Africa against Israel.
There is more evidence that the ICJ was compromised by Euro bias and proximity to Ukraine in the Russian case, especially entertaining a case against Putin for removing a fairly small number of orphans from a war zone as required by international law or war.
A careful measure of civilian deaths in these two conflicts shows that Israel has very quickly grabbed the lead from Ukraine with Russia still third and Palestine a very distant fourth.

Do you understand that global poverty was cut in half in the first ten years of this century? Do you understand that their is virtually no starvation in countries that are not afflicted by war any more? How the f--k old are you. Whatever the system is or is not worldwide, the human race is living as kings did two hundred years ago. In the western countries, many of the poor people are fat. They have phones with more knowledge at their fingertips in that phone than all the libraries of the world had fifty years ago. What are you talking about. Did your parents beat you? Is your inner turmoil so bad that you have decided that a revolution will make life better. Quite the risk at a time where the world is curing more and more diseases, hunger has been eliminated in all but war, where heat and air condition, pluming and electricity expanding? Where women and gay people in more and more countries are now treated humanely. History didn't start ten or twenty years ago. Open your eyes and be grateful for what we have and then and only then, try to peacefully improve things, not tear them to shreds.
Your prescription for love was tried through the equity movements of the last century by the communists. 100 million people were murdered in the last century almost all of them started by people like you who thought you knew what love and equity should look like. It doesn't work your way. The arrogance of wanting to tear it all down and try it again given the last century is astounding. You don't know better and you should think about that. You may know other things, but your revolutionary thinking has been tried. @@BenjaminGolden-c5u Your logic is garbage. Some in Hamas might want to commit genocide, but Hamas is not capable. Since they cannot actually threaten the existence of Israel, their attack might be heinous and a war crime, but it's not genocide. Their attack on Israel was an act of desperation. The abused striking back at their abuser in any way they could. I'm not surprised they wanted blood to flow. They also wanted the whole world to wake up to what Israel is doing to them. And Israel complied by dropping bombs on babies and killing kids. At the moment, the ratio is 20-1. And not all of the deaths in Israel were civilian. A good percentage were soldiers or security. Israel is killing many more civilians and a higher percentage of civilians. Israel is engaged in genocide, but not all at once. That would be too obvious, so they are starving them and destroying health care so that the Palestinians will die more slowly or leave...with no right to return. That is actual genocide. Your comments are Zionist garbage.

Two of the six young ladies who have chosen to fight the genocide against Palestinians people. The two represent the six genuine Americans ladies who have stand tall for the defence of defenceless people of the Palestine being killed and maimed by the Israel and America bombs. Though, I'm piss off by your country of birth, but the six of you will be forever be remembered for your efforts when they secured their independence from their tormentor Israel and America . Other ladies doing well in this regard includes the golden ladies like Abby Martin, Sabby Savalti, Kim Harper, and Katie Harper. All you ladies the history will be positive to you all whenever Palestine people are free from the Israel and America bondage.

Vote for Dr. Cornel West. Get involved in your state to get him on the ballot. There is a large % of people who don't want R or D, and haven't voted R or D in the last election. Plus, those who can't bring themselves to vote for monsters and have not voted in past elections. It could happen. Right now, we do not have a functioning democracy. Please help.

I loathe proto-fascist Trump and despise Biden for his genocide policy in Gaza. Problem for me is, based on Trump's policy vis a vis Israel during his admin, i.e., advocating Israel annexing Golan heights, recognizing Jerusalem as capital of Israel and moving US embassy there, I don't think Trump's policy toward Gaza would waver one iota from Biden's and very well could be much worse. In which case, all things being equal, it makes for me the choice of senility+genocide or fascism+genocide easier. Senility can't take root, fascism can.

His "accomplishments"... It was Trump's plan to leave Afghanistan. Biden literally did the LAST STEP. And then he stole BILLIONS from the Afganistan central bank, and put sanctions on the country that has lead to MASS STARVATION. More people are estimated to die than the whole 20 year war. Think about that.
The IRA will allow for more DRILLING of oil. Biden has opened more drilling for oil than anyone EVER before him. But getting the EPA to be able to call such things a pollutant is a "win". 🙄
      PLA are bare minimum governance.
Fifteen-dollar minimum wage for federal workers effected over 70,000. And he has completely KILLED fifteen dollars minimum wage for everyone else because of some weak procedural nonsense.
The gun reform with red flag laws one has LOOPHOLES in them, and two is BARE MINIMUM GOVERNANCE.
Putting a "Black" woman on the Supreme Court who is PRO Business, pro-status quo. Also putting someone on the court is LITERALLY BARE MINIMUM GOVERVANCE.
The registry of officer misconduct is only for FEDERAL law enforcement. And states are "encouraged" to add to it. Weak bare minimum governance.
The PACT ACT was to help veterans exposed to burn pits had been fought for FOR YEARS. It took Jon Stewart to SHAME politicians publicly to get it done, including Biden. Most Dems didn't care about this either, then after being shamed they finally jumped on as if they always did, Republicans took longer to be shamed. But now they try to pretend they were in some fight against Republicans for this policy the whole time and not at the end after they were SHAMED too. Only a few Democrats AND Republicans fought and cared about this topic for YEARS.
The manufacturing jobs that are coming to the country have NOTHING to do with Biden. These companies realized after the Pandemic with supply lines being cut they need to open more factories. Biden gave them HUGE corporate giveaways tho they could afford to do this on their own, and didn't put ANY PROVISIONS in said legislation to protect WORKERS from being fired like to help those companies stock numbers.
NLRB appoittees gave good recent rulings that only apply to SOME CASES. And doesn't matter because Biden and Dems CRUSHED the railroad workers strike. Showing they will not back unions when it MATTERS.
The ecoomy is the result of the "bounce back" at the end of the pandemic. Biden has LIED and said he started with the economy at 14% unemployment. It was at 6.3% when he took office. Under Trump it was at 3.4 then went as low as 14%. Now unemployment is at 3.7%.
After NATIONWIDE, and WORLDWIDE protest against police brutality calling for Defund the police and the programs that entails. Biden at the state of the union said DON'T defund the police, FUND the police to a standing ovation of Republican continue the same policies he had helped put into place with his SEGREGATIONISTS MENTORS and FRIENDS decades previous. Then he DID IT.
Claim VICTORY over Covid in July of 2021 with a new strain ALREADY being reported. More people died under his precidency than previous. He said VAX or MASK when the SCIENCE said even when vaxxed one can GET THE DISEASE and SPREAD the disease.
Ignoring the fires in Hawaii then once it started to hurt him politically went there to compare the damage and loss of life to his mansion's kitchen fire.
On and on I can go. There is so much more.
Yes Biden is for democracy that is why they aren't doing Democrat party primaries. Very democratic. 🙄
These aren't "successes" or "achievements". These are HORRIBLE RIGHT WING polices with HEADLINES to disguise them as "good" or "helping". Only the ignorant or the brainwashed would consider Biden having "accomplishments".
