Flash stock rom again then follow this process. But remember 1 thing when you try to write imei no. your phone should be connected to pc in switch off mode.

Esto es para las personas que son de latinoamericana, me supongo qué si estas en este video es porque tu MOTO E4 no tiene imei, bueno, este video me ayudo mucho pero omite ciertas cosas al final del video, el programa Ns write pide dirección de wifi y también dirección de bluethoot de tu laptop. (En GOOGLE PUEDEN ENCONTRAR ESA INFORMACIÓN.) MUCHO OJO LEAN MUY BIEN, SU LAPTOP VA A QUEDAR SIN WIFI CUANDO ESTÉS OCUPANDO EL WIFI EN EL MOTO E4, por eso recomiendo hacerlo en casa de alguien que no viva cerca de tu domicilio para así cuando uses tu MOTO E4 no lo afectes. instala los controladores mtk, preloader y los de motorola a mi me funciono en un MOTO E4 XT1764 y lo combierte en un XT 1762. El programa no funciona a la primera pero no claudiquen yo intente como siete veces en windows 10 home y no me funciono, tuve que intentarlo otras 5 veces en windows 7 home básic y Solo así funciono al 100% hice el procedimiento en DOS MOTO E4. Y FUNCIONO en ambas, NOTA: YO TENÍA EL BOOTLOADER DESBLOQUEADO. EN lo personal recomiendo agregar un imei de un celular liberado así el MOTO E4 también quedara liberado.
