Yup 100% one of my favourite reaction channels because nothings forced and his laugh/sense of humour is great. I’ve fuckin spit out coffee at some of his lines lol
"I didn't know they gave out rings at the Holocaust" has got to be one of the funniest lines in movie history. I saw this in the theater and everyone lost their minds at that line.
You should watch the interview Ken Jeong does about this movie. He said "I told my wife, 'I think I need to be naked in this scene.' And she told him 'Well, if you do, it will be the Feel Good movie of the year, because every man will feel better after seeing you naked.'" ROFLMAO such a good interview.
I saw this in theatres, and for some reason I was the ONLY person in the theatre that laughed at the "They give out rings at the Holocaust?" line. Dead silence save me laughing my ass off. No regrets.
@@SurvivorBri The third was totally different, the script was originally some crime thriller and it was adapted to be a Hangover sequel. (It's also the best Hangover movie, which isn't hard as the first (and the second carbon copy) is severely overrated and I already couldn't understand the hullabaloo made over it back when it released. Mildly amusing mid comedy. "hAha iSn't thIs wAcKy yOu gUyS?" humor. Wouldn't get this level of praise if it wasn't for Zach Galifianakis and Ken Jeong.)
@@szeddezs are you freaking kidding me? The third one is the WORST! They ran something clever into the ground. By the time the third one came around, it's such tired schtick, such a nakedly calculated play to be "controversial," for a filmmaker to get attention. It's like Phillips forgot how to make funny movies. I will die on this hill - comedies rarely, if ever, make good franchises. By the way, Zach Galifianakis was more pathetic than amusing. His character went from being a humorous, lovable goofball to an annoying, stupid caricature of himself.
When I was getting married my M.O.H made this movie my bridal shower theme. LOL. She gave a speech like Alan "Hello. How bout that ride in", The photo area was called "The Highroller Package", Bags of skittles were on the table, she put a stuffed tiger in the bathroom, she played Who Let The Dogs Out while I was walking through the front door and of course we had shot of jäger. It was the best day, best bridal shower theme ever!!!
When this first came out it was like hearing the Beatles for the first time. You know you are witnessing brilliance. The perfect combo of cast, story, and script.
Good LORD... 35 seconds in and I'm choking on a sip of drink I had. Wasn't expecting to laugh out loud quite so early in the video. The reaction hasn't even started and I'm typing away 'cause... man, I appreciate this channel so much. J, you are 1 in 8 billion! Anyyyyhhhoooooo, time to watch the rest of the video.
The line for this opening night was out the side of the theater. Completly packed. Had an elderly couple next to me laughing so hard i thought they were gonna have s heart attack
The Hangover would make a great double feature with Very Bad Things it's about a crazy bachelor weekend going VERY bad that follows the groom and best men home. Jon Faveru, Jeremy Piven, Christian Slater, Daniel Stern and Cameron Diaz are stellar in it and it has a major Hangover vibe.
33:52 Now you must watch “Rain Man” (1988) starring Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman to get this reference!!! Rain Man would be perfect for you to react to man. Who else agrees?!
The way Jay got tickled!! 🤣 Hangover was absolutely f*ckin' hilarious! I haven't seen it in ages, but the reaction brought back all the memories. lol🤣🤣
I worked at a movie theatre when this came out and this was one of my favorite memories. Waiting to clean the theatre watching 300 people laughing like crazy during the credits was awesome.
Zach is lucky Tyson didnt accidentally take his head off with that punch. According to Tyson he was a raging coke head at the time (he spent the cash he got for the movie on cocaine).
10:46 Years later, we still have no clue about the chicken. Better not to think about that: could drive you insane...That random chicken is a little, insignificant detail, but it's like Cthulhu itself 😑
I never pay to watch a movie at a theater more than once. But I saw Hangover 3 times at the movies. Took a couple different friends to see it. And laughed just as hard at viewing 2 and 3.
J, when you got into the laughing fit it made the absolute crappy week that I'm having go away instantly. Thank you so much for all you and Blank do. So glad you get to do this full time now.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen you laugh this much or hard. I couldn’t help but to lose it along with you. It’s the build up from the smirk to the giggle to the high-pitched cackle that gets me. 🤣 And whenever your face scrunches up and you get into your “ewww” fit, I lose it. You’re definitely one of the most entertaining and genuine reactors out there. And there’s not many that I support on Patreon AND watch their YT version, mainly for the stellar editing work (shout to Blank). 💫 Awesome reaction!
About that song. Rick Rubin asked Glenn Danzig to write a song for Johnny Cash for his album. After Johnny Cash passed away, Glenn Danzig recorded that song too. I think. The song is called Thirteen.
Ed Helms (Stu) totally improvised that song. Also, Ed Helms had a dental implant that he had removed for this movie so the missing tooth was totally real.
Probably the most insanely funny series of film ever made. More hangovers in the future man! Glad to see you react to it. As we say in Texas; y'all be safe.
The guy in the elevator with the mustache is actually the director Todd Phillips. He did a cameo in his other movie Old School as well. He's also directed Road Trip, Freddy Got Fingered, and most recently Joker.... The casino scene is a parody of a memorable scene from the movie Rain Man (starring Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman). And your dude's name is Ken Jeong and he's hilarious. Loved your reaction. I remember laughing so hard when I saw this in theaters I almost couldn't breathe lol.
Wow. I am definitely going to see this. I cried. I can't believe how grown up his kids are. Chris and Dana did a documentary in the early-ish 00s and it blew my mind all that he had done at that stage. For me he has always been and always will be Superman. Your reaction was perfect.
I love how Jay freaks out and covers his eyes when Ed Helms spits up, but when Zach Galifianakis is making out with a dog, he says, "Awww...puppy." GROSS!!
"I'll be your Doug..." Mike Epps popping up as the other Doug had me busting up! He plays pathetic so well! I could watch him beg for his life all day. The side characters are all great in Hangover, especially Tyson and Leslie Chow.
That opening song is Danzig - thirteen. Danzig was the original singer for the punk band "The Misfits" before going solo with his own band. This song was written by danzig originally as a song for johny cash, who later did also record a version of it.
This was great! The whole Hangover trilogy is in my favorites comedy franchise . Your reactions and comments are Top tier for me ....I Loved this A Lot and watching you laugh was making me laugh more . I had a good time watching this and I look forward to seeing your reactions and comments for the second and third . Thank you
I feel that Alan became the Captain Jack Sparrow of the late 2000's. As while both were really stellar antiheroes in an ensemble in 1 and gave great performances throughout definitely cannibalized their franchises to the franchise's detriment.
Dude ,I watched this like 10 years ago and I loved it but watching your reactions and laughing made me crack up 100 times more ! You're a good man I can see it in your laughs . Keep laughing dude life's too f'ckin short ! Fantastic man !
I am a subscriber and I LOVE watching your reactions and just how real they are. I liked about 3 minutes into you watching this movie. I have never seen you laugh more to a movie, and it’s one of my favorite reactions of yours; and I love your reactions. Everyone is always fighting for likes and subscribers, but I always enjoy how much you appreciate your people and love the pups, too. You’re awesome, and keep doing what you’re doing, and keeping it real. AWESOME reactions!
#2 is good too. You thought the tooth was bad. Hangover and your shirt reminds me of Tom Hanks in Bachelor Party. He's so young but had that star quality from the get-go. Enjoyed watching you laugh! 🎉
I love watching this guy laugh. He seems like such an amazing human.
Jay has one of those full body laughs that is just so infectious.
Yup 100% one of my favourite reaction channels because nothings forced and his laugh/sense of humour is great. I’ve fuckin spit out coffee at some of his lines lol
He laughed so hard there during a couple of sequences, I thought he would pass out, but then, with this movie, who doesn’t?
25:40
Straight was such a great laugh, had me rolling. J laughed for well over a minute 😅🤣
👍👍👍😎
“Holy fuck, he’s not kidding, there’s a tiger in there!”
Never fails to delight me.
The tiger in the bathroom just might scare the sh!t outta you ... but you can't stay and use the john! What a revoltin' predicament!
"I didn't know they gave out rings at the Holocaust" has got to be one of the funniest lines in movie history. I saw this in the theater and everyone lost their minds at that line.
Okay, your shirt is hilarious

I don't think I have ever laughed so hard with a reaction. Absolutely amazing. This will be a re-watch many times over. Classic.
If you accidentally marry Heather Graham and you don't STAY married to Heather Graham, you're dead to me.
Does anybody else watch this on a regular basis? my boy’s laugh is contagious.
I’ve been laughing with him to comedy reactions all day.
“Mike Tyson listening to Phil Colins knocking people out”. That line just killed me.
I saw this in theatres, and for some reason I was the ONLY person in the theatre that laughed at the "They give out rings at the Holocaust?" line. Dead silence save me laughing my ass off. No regrets.
I had a laughing attack for the first time in months, your laugh is contagious lol I'm definitely subbing to the Patreon, your reactions are the best
One of the funniest movies I have ever seen in my life 😂😂😂 I highly recommend watching Part 2 and 3 and “This is the End” 😂💯
The sequels were garbage. Same plot, different setting. Same shock value.

Nah. Skip the sequels.
Best comedy film I’ve ever seen hands down and the fact mike Tyson was in this and high while doing this is amazing
No concur. Tropic Thunder was better but this is still very good.
So good they tried to do it again, lol. But yes, this is definitely up there. So good
J is the best reactor
@@JamesBaum-ez6uu ye he is
Tyson didn't even know he was appearing in it. His people agreed to it and he had a great time anyway.
You laughing your ass off through that entire scene was the funniest shit I've ever seen 😅😂
If you don't cry-laugh at least once on your first viewing of this movie you probably have some other issues going on.
Love this one!
Thx for the analysis, pal

Old School is another amazing comedy! Love the Hangover still funny to me as the 1st time!
By the same director. He has a way of elevating the “raunchy” comedy to something better. Great movies, so many banger quotes 😂
Have barely started and you have me in stitches over Zach's name. This is going to be a treat.
📽 "Wedding Crashers" is hilarious
Vince Vaughn & Owen Wilson
Not at the table Carlos

I love "Very Bad Things!" It’s so underrated!
YES! I rarely hear anyone talk about Very Bad Things. Great dark comedy!

Chalupa Batman 😂😂😂 Great The League reference. Man, I’d love to have seen your reaction to Raffi. He’s the funniest character ever.
Chalupa Batman haha, I love The League, Eskimo brothers
"It's at the corner of 'get a map, and fuck off'". That's good writing
