Please reconsider using Palo Santo. Its a sacred tree that is a part of the Conservation on International Trade in Endangered Species. Due to its growing popularity, these sacred trees are being cut down more and more for profit, and our use of it is contributing to the world wide deforestation issue in the world. It is not endangered yet, but we are slowly approaching endangerment of those trees.

@@Beautybysabrina White Sage is amazing! you can grow it and dry it yourself, so it becomes less expensive, it also kills 94% of airborne bacteria every time you use it and it has the same negative energy cleansing effect as Palo Santo. The smell is a little heavier, but given that you should always have a window open when cleansing a space, it shouldn't be overpowering for a long time.

I never open my windows, bcs I'm the last one to go to sleep in my house and usually it's pretty dark outside when I do and there's moths on my windows and when I open the windows they COME IN there's a moth IN MY BED right now

@@stephanieisinspace just be consistent! It’s training your mind like it’s a muscle. It’s not like being a beginner to working out feels good, it just takes time to adapt to the practice
It’s so amazing to see other people who are a similar age to me still be spiritual and use crystals etc. The town I live the spiritualist community is made up of mostly 45+ and then there’s me at 18. It’s nice to see other young people be spiritual and show this is a modern lifestyle. I actually discovered your channel because of Graenolf, so thank him for me :).

I've tested it before for an entire month, I cut out all dairy products and all my acne cleared up after and it was amazing! And once I started in taking dairy again my acne started to pop back up again.
My derm said it only effected acne if u drink like 8 glasses of milk a day.
Dairy comes in many forms and is almost everything these days. They add it to foods that dont even need it. It adds up through out the day if you eat processed foods

Don't wanna be that person, but I do want to mention how wasteful Keurigs are. Also, Palo Santo is on a watch list and shouldn't be bought from commercial sellers. Not judging, just drawing attention to it. :)
What do you mean by its on a watch list? And keurigs themselves aren’t wasteful I have reusable pods i just use my own ground coffee

It’s actually more harmful to NOT purchase palo santo... but only from the ethical sources. It helps their economy thrive and also helps the reforestation and the preservation of the forests that palo santo comes from. Buy ethical and we can keep palo santo alive 🙌😊
How are kureigs wasteful?
It’s the refillable pods that are wasteful. They end up in landfill and many of them are plastic. So many people use them it’s creating lots of waste (not to mention the energy that goes into producing them) but you can get refillable/reusable pods and grind your own coffee and tea and such and that eliminates much of the waste, especially if you get a good kind that will last for years. They make compostable ones as well, but I’m not sure what kind of energy goes into creating and composting them (some of them are the kind that have to be composted in a facility, not your own garden compost- but maybe they make those, too?) So there are some better options, but buying the regular pods can create a whole lot of waste. They may be small but millions do add up☺️
Your morning routine inspired me so much! I love meditation, but I've had some troubles getting in the mood recently. I'll definitely try listening to some music and keeping some headphones as well because, although I don't live in the city, the road on which I live is quite trafficked.
Also, you look so stunning without makeup! It's insane.

Loved the video, but maybe try not to waste so much water in your morning routine! I always do what you do with warm water but instead of waiting for it to "warm up" I do my cleansing in the shower in order to use the water that is already running warm. Plus, while waiting for it to warm up before the shower itself I put a recipient in order to collect the cold water and then use it to water my plants and/or wash some clothes that need to be hand washed.

Why do people have this notation that water is being wasted ? Do you guys not know water goes through a cycle ? And that the same water we have on earth now is the same water we had before dinosaurs? It’s s cycle water does not waste people

If i clearly just stated water does not disappear every time we use it then clearly the problem is that there’s a LACK of investments in the infrastructure or systems that draw waters from local rivers and larger bodies of water ..IN ADDITION to our impact on climate change which is disturbing the rain/water cycle and therefore causing dry spells in certain countries/states ..has NOTHING to do with humans “wasting” water
@@sevenrue4754 I believe it does. We live very lavish lives and people aren't aware of their carbon footprints. Every little detail of our lives has massive impact on the Earth. And yeah, I'd rather leave the rivers and bodies of water as intact and clean as possible. This notion that there is plenty to draw from and extract for our lavish lives is a problem. As soon as I am able, I will install a greywater system, and love everything that helps me be more self-sustainable.

Hey love, there are "earthship" and green building techniques used by schools and companies that utilize plastic bottles for their builds. Also there are upcycle crafters and artists always using plastic bottles. I figure with your amount of influence you can find someone to send your bottles to for a good purpose!!

Your routine is almost identical to mine down to the Native flute meditation music. I listen to this for channeling and its proven VERY helpful. Love that you shared this with hue-manity. Thank you for being you :) Also, I struggled with the water bottle thing too and have switched to distilled water in the large jugs with their own spigot that I just leave in my fridge and can pour myself a cup from there. Have you considered getting a water filter for your faucet? I got mine from Ebay for like $5.00 approx. I got an Aqua Bliss knock off for $9.99 that works amazing for my shower...and inspired me to get 2 more smaller ones for my bathroom & kitchen faucet!! It's amazing for your skin and your hair..(Wow!! What a big difference it makes...)

I have been building a morning routine such as listening to music and writing affirmation first thing when I wake up, but you are really on it! I want to get to the point where I meditate every morning but it's not as ideal where I currently live, but one day I'll have a cute house in nature where I can sit on my porch with tea and listen to all the sounds! Sounds amazing!!
You are so lovely and beautiful inside and out!! If we knew each other we would totally be friends ( you and stargirl the practical witch)! I am super spiritual but also glam and love my nails, hair, and doing my make up...but I've also been just doing my brows and have on my lashes and it feels so fresh and comfortable, especially in the summer!
I am tempted to use you skin care routine because your skin is flawless, but I'm scared to put anything on my face. My skin is the best when I don't use any product, just wash my face with cold water and put on a moisturizer if my skin is extra dry. I have been wanting to use ACV as a toner though I've heard such good things and I already use ACV for so many other things. I bet the lime water you drink every morning has a big influence on how beautiful your skin is!
For the waterbottle thing, I luckily have a Kangen water machine (which filters, makes alkaline, and charges the water) but they are expensive. An option for you until you get a good filter, is you could get a giant glass jug and find a natural market, most have alkaline filtered water machines and you can fill up your jugs. You ring it up with your groceries like you would with waterbottles but without all the plastic!

Thanks for the shungite plate tip. I’m like you, I have my phone with me at night because I listen to ASMR at night to help me sleep and considering it’s the only phone I have, I feel better with it in case of emergency. Yet, I know it’s a bad idea to sleep with your phone next to you because of EMF waves and sleep effects, so I’ll have to try it out.

I use a TON of plastic bottles because I absolutely adore flavored sparkling waters. So what I do is, instead of throwing away or recycling the bottles, I rinse them out and cut off just the top part that you drink out of. Make it so it's a flat even circle (as even as I can get it anyway) and then use the bottle as a planter for herbs. It works really really well, and I'm planning on trying it out with other types of plastic containers like those giant pre-mixed salad containers to see if I can grow some fruits and veggies.

Palo Santo and Sage cleansing is a closed practice. When used outside of indigenous practices, it looses its sacred properties. The extreme commercialization and commodification of these ingredients, too, cause harm to indigenous communities. Instead grow or forage your own herbs and smudge with plants native to your area.
Danille Sindac I can’t speak on the closed practice side of your comment... but: It’s actually more harmful to NOT purchase palo santo... but only from the ethical sources like Pandora said. It helps their economy thrive and also helps the reforestation and the preservation of the forests that palo santo comes from. Buy ethical and we can keep palo santo alive 🙌😊 communities that harvest palo santo properly actually THANK people for purchasing and helping their economy thrive.

Actually, Celtic Druids burned Sage along with Oak Moss for purification and medicinal purposes. It is NOT a practice done purely by native Americans
