We must pray for all Israel everyday!
I was doing ancestry online and saw that my family is Jewish. I am very old and I thank God for His letting me discover so that I could learn about the life that my ancestors had lived. I found that they were persecuted. And I had worked as a Counselor and Teacher in multicultural high schools! I thank God that prejudice did not exist in my life.
I am always so blessed by Seth's teaching.

I feel blessed beyond measure to have found all these videos. As a gentile follower of Jesus, during a disciple study that was a five year study (I started in 2000) of all the scriptures and so much world history, we kept hoping we could meet a jewish person to get their perspective of Tanakh. It never happened, but now it is at my fingertips! My calling is in intercessory prayer. The "pray for the peace of Jerusalem" scriptures has been one of my many questions. I am finally understanding in such a new and refreshed spiritual way, it is truly so life changing for me that I feel I have a new found purpose in living (in my most unpleasant living circumstances). So - thank you, thank you, thank you for what you all are doing. And Praise Be To God! All the honor, all the glory is His!
WOW I've always thought it was significant that I was saved in 1967 during the 6 day war. I was literally dying, fighting for my life at 15 years old when Israel was fighting for the life of the nation. I didn't know at the time I am Jewish. My Grandma was German Jewish and my mom hid that fact from me until 2009. I have been pursuing my Jewish identity ever since!

There are dozens of Scriptures where God says that we should pray for the peace of Israel. In Psalm 122:6 it says, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure.” Not only does this say that we should pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and by extension, Israel, we read that “those who love you [will] be secure.” This is a clear signal that God would be pleased that we pray for Israel’s peace and safety because God is not giving up on Israel (Rom 10:1). No, Israel is not perfect and she has made many mistakes, but they are God’s chosen people (Duet. 6:3-4).

Prayers, if done righteously, with proper respect for our Saviour and his Father, are an amazing part of an amazing therapy. Besides the obvious benefits of talking to someone who cares and listens to us we adopt a mental attitude which draws a universal energy, God's Living Waters, into our own health...the same energy that would reinforce our health if we didn't waste it...and the whole world is currently geared by men to waste it excessively. But that's not all. By focusing our prayers through our hands we activate a flow of nutrients into our bone marrow. Our finger knuckle joints then deliver it around our bodies revealing to us a much needed science of repair that Yeshua/Jesus Christ certainly knew about.

Bless you both for this good word regarding prayer. It has taken us ( speaking for North Americans) some time to get over the shock of our relatively peaceful lives being shaken up by harsh reality! However, I for one, am getting adjusted to it, and praying that all the Saints be infilled with the Holy Spirit, strengthened, and guided into all righteousness, etc.
I also have a beautiful book called “For Zion’s Sake I will not be Silent” a compilation of Scriptures by Rebecca J. Brimmer of Bridges for Peace. I see it is still available used, and as a Kindle edition.
From an Australian sister in Christ: I’m so glad to read your comment, Kathy, about getting over the shock of your ‘relatively peaceful lives being shaken up by harsh reality.’ My God-given revelation of reality is that the Peace which our wonderful Saviour promised us, His followers,who become sons and daughters of God, was peace of mind and heart. That means contentment within whatever circumstances we find ourselves to be called to endure, simply because He Himself is with us… eternally empowering us to do whatever He has determined for us to do.

Thank you for such a beautiful hopefilled teaching. That the Lord's plan is to include all people that believe in Him, that they be grafted into the promises given to Abraham by faith. I pray for Israel, not as an outsider, but as joint heir with Christ according to Scripture.

I've been reading isaiah and I'm about to finish it... And other chapters in isaiah are exactly speaking about what you guys are talking about and I'm like wow such a coincidence (God meets us where we are). And i remember reading isaiah 62 yesterday and there was a passage where isaiah speaks about the watchmen he has placed in the city gates to pray constantly, i love it where it says praying without giving God rest until israels salvation and righteousness comes (and for it to be bright and glorious) so that the nations may see it (so that they may also come to trust the LORD, I'm not sure if thats what it also means).... I loved isaiah its so amazing...
I find it facinating that Daniel might have had his own copy of Torah, Prophets, & Writings as much as they had been written down at that time. Did one scroll, fifteen scrolls, thirty-five scrolls, travel with him into exile?Facinating, & a much needed reminder. Thank you.

"Peace of Jerusalem" could also surely mean the exponential Receiving of the Peace of God - Jesus, the Prince of Peace - so that they may operate by Peace & Love despite the conflict, but also to have a marked influence on said conflict. Note, the Church (as well as pictured by the children of Israel in the O.T. - under the law) has always flourished in the thick of conflict & persecution. Thus being a beacon of Light to all those suffering.

Study the birth of the Church my friends, especially Acts 2:37-9. You are asking for greater illumination, you will know it when you have been filled with His Holy Ghost and spoken in other tongues like they did in Acts 2:4. While i certainly agree with what you have said in this video I wish to remind you that Yeshua gave his followers a prayer outline to pray around Matthew 6:9-13 also in Luke 11:2-4 often passed over by non traditional Christians
What are you talking about? What do you mean by non-traditional Christians? They have said nothing against the prayers that Yeshua taught His disciples to pray. Should you hear and be taught what we call the, “Our Father” that Yeshua taught through Jewish eyes and ears… you will learn that the discussion is deeply in line with that prayer. Yeshua prayed that His Kingdom come… what is His Kingdom? It’s exactly what they were talking about. My brother … Yeshua is our Jewish Messiah who died for the sins of the world (John 3:16) and if you believe that God does nothing haphazardly then, in studying the scriptures you’ll see, He was born in Israel, our salvation is through the Messiah of Israel and although the world will see Him literally, He’s coming back to Israel. Zec. 14:4.

I have been praying Daniel 9:3-19 daily since October 2020.
I open my prayer asking that the discipline not become rote or ritual.
Somedays I'm going through the motion.
Other days I receive new revelation as to the nature of Abba Father.
It is for those days I stay with the program.

I been training myself when praying out loud with others to not get preachy while praying. I hate that I've done that 🤦. I just keep it simple now.

The Strong’s definition for jealousy (Greek word, Parazeloo), includes the description, “to stimulate alongside.”
When included, it brings a better understanding than the mere word jealousy, which denotes a negative reaction. More like the term “emulation” which was chosen a little further on (same Greek word).
Rom 11:14
If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.
Strong's Definitions: παραζηλόω parazēlóō, par-ad-zay-lo'-o; from G3844 and G2206; to stimulate alongside, i.e. excite to rivalry:-provoke to emulation (jealousy).
I heard, Reminding God about his promises, what about, Reminding Israel about his part of the deal too? and why did God need them to do their part if they want to received their promises?

I believe that to pray for the peace of Jerusalem has particularly to do with a time in history when Jerusalem will be besieged like at no other time in history, which is pretty much at 'the end' of history so to speak. Acc. to Jesus this will be one of the worst times for Israel. Like Israel has to go through such a horrible time to 'finally' bring them (the nation) to their Messiah. I could be wrong though, it's just the way I had always understood it.
