YOCOLATE BROWNIES COOKIES WITHOUT OVEN

CHOCOLATE BROWNIES COOKIES RECIPE
Material :
100 gr dark chocolate
40 gr margarine
1 egg
80 gr powdered sugar
60 gr wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
enough chocolate chips (according to taste)
How to make :
1. Heat the water until it boils slightly then place a heatproof bowl on top, add the chocolate and margarine then melt the two ingredients.
2. Prepare a container, add the eggs and powdered sugar then stir until the powdered sugar dissolves
3. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and a little salt then stir all the dry ingredients until smooth and become a dough.
4. When mixed, add the melted chocolate little by little and stir again until smooth
5. Prepare a plastic triangle and put the dough into the plastic triangle
6. prepare the Teflon and pour the mixture as in the video, cook until half cooked and add chocochips topping (according to taste) then cook again until the cookies are perfectly cooked
7. Brownie cookies are ready to be served
