Today, I'm pulling back the curtain on one of the least glamorous yet absolutely essential aspects of my day trading journey: my 5AM pre-market trading routine. You see, every success, every 4 or 5-figure day trading profits you've seen me make within minutes on this channel is built upon years of meticulous preparation and planning.
In this video, I'm going to walk you through my early morning pre-market trading routine, showing you exactly how I set the stage for a day of profitable trading. I'll be discussing my process for:

Traders, I'm curious👇🏼 which timezone are you trading in? And at what hours do you find yourself most active in the market? I'd love to hear about your unique trading routines.
Toronto. First hour of the day and the last two hours of the day. I only trade oil and things like PACW that are in the news - until they're not. I make a lot of $s/day by staying in one sector at a time - instead of chasing everything. Also, by trading 'your own" sector -- you really get to know the players within and that will help you make base hits every day. Lastly, I don't sell the tops or buy the bottoms. I give myself a profit target and then I am out, no stops, I am just out. I do this every day and I always walk away with 5k+.(I've made 10k by lunchtime today.) Day trading is hard work -- if you can't handle losing a couple of thousand dollars in a day. Then this game is not for you.
Lastly, I made up this little saying that keeps me (mostly) out of trouble. "Don't short the green and don't long the red."
I currently live in the area of British Columbia that the time doesn’t change. Half the year I’m on BC time, half the year I’m on AB time. 😊 I do visit southern BC frequently as my family is in a beautiful little town called Powell River!
West coast up at 5:30 trade from 10am ET to 1PM ET 15 minute
Central time! Texas 8:30-10am

Becoming a good trade takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to learn how to trade and put it into practice. 4 years later and i am glad i made that decision.
When did start finding consistency? ..and more honest question is how long would a rough expectation be to find consistency for a new day trader?

why not? u can follow the trader, and learn how they trade, that way u get the money and the experience.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence she helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx $850k
Trading for the last ten years I can say to myself that the market is random and the only option to stay profitable is to book profit on certain levels and exit on hitting SL on certain levels. And take trades on good RR ratio. The most important step is to get ready to book loss if it gets hit or breaks levels, booking profit is secondary.

Hi there, really love your style and am really interested in learning about day and/or swing trading. This is my first day looking at this stuff, and this playlist says it's for beginners. Yet, a lot of this is greek to me. Where would you recommend I go to learn the terminology and, and "day trading 101", so to speak?

I just found your channel. I'm a beginning trader who is going sideways, losing as much as I make. I basically do what you do but I tend to wing it too much. I trade the gap ups/downs, look for the catalyst, study the charts for support and resistance and try to form a plan. I found it really interesting that you stop at 9am. I also find that after 9 I begin to lose focus, doing what you say, boredom trades and revenge trades. Anyways, it looks like I am on the right path, I just need to be more disciplined and focused. Thank you for making this video.
If you are doing what she is doing no wonder you are losing. What she is doing is looking for volatility. if you do not know how to HANDLE volatility then you should not trade it.. They do the unexpected during those days. They are notably harder to trade consistently profitable if you do not understand the rhythm of the market.. You should be looking for stocks that make understandable movements. They are not having aggressive sellers or buyers going after set price points in the chart. You will not make as much money as trading a volatile stock but you also will not most likely blow up your account either. I have some losing days in a month.. Usually 2 or 3 but the other days of the month I am profitable. It takes time but you should be doing it full time. I have been trading 7 months consistently. Every single day it is open I am trading. I make a living on the market, but in many eyes I would be seen as a beginner as well. Though I am not. I make consistent profit. The main thing I need to do better at is my losing days can be substantial and I need to do better at controlling those few days of losses. We all have something we can work on bettering. Find yours but also do not listen to social media influencers. They do not have your best interests

I am in PST. I just started taking day trading seriously about a month ago. I tend to be done by 8am. About 50% of the time I will hang on to a stock the entire day but those are the low risk ones, I may make or lose only a couple percent of my daily allocation.
