I'm about to start a new path in my career which has gotten me into a leadership position, I beleive this just gave me the head-start I needed, thank you for sharing!
I'm currently doing my Masters in Aerospace engineering and I have to learn MSProject in one of my modules, I'm so happy you made this video. Saved my entire Project Management module, thank you:)
Cindy, you are one of the best teachers in MS project videos. the voice is clear and perfect, you are wonderful orator, very informative and loved it. thanks a ton
Cindy, I am new to MS Project. Although I attended a workshop a year ago, our agency has not been using it. I have just began to use it for a project and struggled in a few areas. Your video was very helpful and provided some nice tips and helpful rules that were not discussed during the workshop that I attended. I still have a few questions, but your video has provided me with the knowledge and direction that I needed to dive back in. Thank you for a well organized and useful tutorial.
Hi, I must say that this is the most useful and clear tutorial video I found with respect to ms project. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and more power to you Cindy. Hope I would see more videos. May God Bless you. Thank you.
Excellent tips and video Cindy! I agree with some of the other comments that I have yet to find as useful of a video that explains things this well. This is a valuable contribution to the project community.
Thank you very much Cindy, I was searching for MS project videos, and found your video by chance, its very useful and helpful for beginners like myself, you have a very clear English and nice voice. Thanks and much appreciated. Mohammed
Hi Cindy, your video is in the top most useful MS Project videos to be found, and I have been viewing quite many and lost so much time with poor, limited or even erroneous info. It is really appreciated that your level of expertise is being shared among the PM community ! Thanks a lot again for that. Besides, I'm struggling with the import of XLS input (with tasks+resources+assignments) based on a *24 Hours* schedule, as MS Project recalculates things (like durations) before the correct project schedule and options can be set, are there any helping source you can point me to for my further learning ?
Hi Cindy, great presentation! What to do in a scenario where you're one person working on a project and you don't really have any set hours (8 hour work day) or set work week. You can work any day you want at any time you want, and there's no hard fast rules?
I wish I would have watched this before I was thrown into editing and updating a project. A lot of these tips were not taught to me in the quick run-through I received. Thank you!!

I haven't worked on this program for YEARS, so this is really very helpful. I'm doing a self-taught crash course and need to learn as much as possible as QUICK as possible. One question....I work with an auto parts production company, so dates may need to change (vendors often take long times to get back to us). What's the easiest way to do that? I'm establishing a template for project tracking and still in the "practice" stage.
Hi Cindy, Congrats for a wonderful and informative video. A small query, as we put the deadline for the whole project, can we have deadlines for the milestones as well?
Very nice and comprehensive video Cindy. The topics are well laid out and your delivery is amazing. I learned some very useful tricks and I am sure I will get to use them for a very long time.
Thank you so much Cindy, pretty helpful. I have a question on how can I manage assinning number 0 to my project title? For instance on your project Scheduling for success has sequence number 0 1 scope and so on as you add more tasks
Hello Sister, Since I have watch the Video teaching the MS Project never met any video show how to make S Curve for whole Project dose we can make S Curve and how to edit follow the actual work most of project in my country never finish on schedule.
. I have been using MP for over 5 years, and recently in a project file I have had problems on update task, when I update task to indicate that the task starts on 11/09/2017 and finish on 22/09/2017 project calculate actual duration as 0.3days. How can I fix that?, I would like to reflect that actual duration is 10 days so that If I calculate duration variance it will reflect that it took 10 days to completed the task instead of 1 day as it was set on the baseline.
Al Thomas... I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this. Yes, I still provide training and would love to speak with you. Please contact me at cindymo674@gmail.com.
