I left Essex for Cornwall in the late 80's and stayed for three years. Lostwithiel, A Farmhouse in Draynes up from Goliath Falls and King Donnierts Stone, Liskeard and then Dobwalls. Great times, and fun mushrooms! Cider made my Smile Grow wider! I always planned to move back to the Westcountry one day...
It is definitely one of the more beautiful parts of England! We're itching to go back too. I love that expression - cider makes my smile grow wider! Never heard that before, but it's brilliant. Hope you make it back there some day :)

Live a few minutes from Charlestown! Shame you guys didn't see my great uncle harbour jumping at Charlestown, daily occurance for him and his best friend, everyone knows them down there
Can't beat Charles town and an awesome thing to do is hit tehidy woods on bikes and head to North cliffs coastal path. Facing out to the ocean, left will take your towards Hayle and St ives and so on, turn right and that will take you towards Portreath 😁 awesome video guys!
I clicked on your video because I was kind of surprised that there was enough of interest in Cornwall to merit a video. The Thousand Islands downstream from Cornwall are nifty in the summer then I realised that there was a Cornwall in England. Who would have thought?
oooh wow.......I love cornwall.....great information video....love charlestown and seeing the huge ships...there doesnt look so many these days...ah seeing the road i used to park on !! wow dont think i ever visited the nature reserve..amazing !! love lizards point and i do love the wildness of coast...ah st michaels mount, i always parked nxt to beach (opposite the nature reserve) looked out to the mount and slept there..if you can get a space....last time b4 my beautiful dog tictac passed on..coz used to do faeryfest down from there :) ...(6:14 love that beach !) ah perranporth..love it used to hair braid that beach too...boobys beach :) :) :) (7:29...isnt it amazing the hole....been there on long walks....always amazes me ! Ah Padstow, just around a few bends from polzeath where i lived for a while....tintagel is awesome too.....lots of mystery....did ya have a cold shower under merlins waterfall....i used to love that...ah this is like a blast from the past....awesome......love it....parts of cornwall and its ruggedness/wildness reminds me of my yrs travelling Ireland in the 90's.....ah your not there now but if you go again go to St Nectans Glen, propa faery magical place...waterfall people make wishes and you can stand in the pool and the water flows thru hole its awesome !!! :) big love X
Isn't Cornwall amazing! Sounds like you've had an incredible explore of all it's corners. Tictac must have had an amazing time running around all of those places too. Oohh we'll add St Nectans Glen onto the list for next time. That sounds like a brilliant spot. And unfortunately we didn't have the cold shower under Merlins waterfall...we were wimps with the cold ha! Thanks for this suggestion! I went to Trebarwith and loved it! So beautiful! I walked up the (extremely steep) coastal steps and over to Backways Cove and saw some ruins which was so cool. 🤩

Cornwall is not considered part of England in a lot of eyes,it's Cornwall.And I guess that I would have to say Fowey because it's where I lived in Definitely subbed.
7.24 boobies Bay it's a lovely place on of my local beaches unfortunaly one or more the car parks may get shut down from 8pm to 9am because of people camping in it. please help to raise awareness that it is illigal to park in these places as locals like myself are now being restricted from using these areas too now also they will start utting in more hight bars and that would not be good for visitors and Cornwall needs it's visitors. glad you guys had fun.
Thank you for watching :) we don’t camp in these kind of places for that reason, we try to stick more to the wilderness during the night times 😊 definitely important for campers to stick to the designated places! Especially this summer, I imagine it’s going to be very busy with the influx of people buying vans :) thankfully there are some wonderful campsites for the tourists 😊 Thank you for watching! I'm planning to be in Cornwall for the whole month of September! Is that when you did this trip? Is it still rather warm in September, or does the weather turn cold quite quickly? I'm so excited to check out all of these spots on my trip!
I think we went earlier in the year but I have been in September before and the trick in packing layers as it does get cooler at times :) Hope you enjoy seeing these spots! :)
