Have a great race Ryker. !! Sounds like you’re doing wonderful. Be safe
I LOVE this content. I love that you buy organic, treats, and name brand things. I feel like too many conceal so much because people are strict but this is how I shop and it's so good to see real people sharing real purchases.
Thank you for noticing, Erin. I feel like I have had some really critical comments in the past about me buying processed foods when they expected ALL the food we eat is made from scratch. I e been scolded for my “everything in moderation” mentality. Seasons change and so do the menus😅
I got all teary eyed when you were cheering for your son.. you're such a good mom Katie! ❣️
Awe thank you🥰 It’s so emotional!! I had to mute the first part cause I was hollering!! I cry every time a kid crosses the finish- doesn’t matter whose kid- it’s a big deal for them.
I need some cowbells.
I use Kirk's pump soap (from Azure) for both hair and body. It's an all-in-one that makes my fine grey hair clean and soft for at least 5 days. One pump is all it takes so a little goes a long way!
Thanks for the suggestion!! I will check it out🌻🌻🌻
Katie your a super mom & your kids will always love you for being there for them & helping them to succeed. AMEN
Thank you Jean☺️ They are my world!
Hello Rowes Rising hello anyway I had a really bad day at work and this helps me get a lot better and this brings back such great memories of when I use to be a 90s kid and an early 2000s kid and I am a new subscriber as well:).
Panic attacks are so awful! My heart went out to you when you talked about it. I was almost disabled from panic attacks, until I found a book called, "Hope and Help for Your Nerves," by Dr. Claire Weekes. She really understands what people are going through. Dr. Weekes offers a simple, yet so effective way to be freed from this terrifying illness. I'm praying that you can find relief from this like I did.
Thank you for sharing. I rarely have panic attacks, thankfully they are mostly related to medical tests/procedures- and I gather that panic is triggered by childhood traumas I experienced. That’s why I had my babies born at home😅. My husband has a panic disorder from his military career- that we navigate weekly. We have lots of ER trips for him… we also discovered he has an ongoing potassium deficiency needing supplements to help manage his panic attacks. Turns out the symptoms of potassium deficiency are similar to panic attacks and can cause them too. It’s not something I speak of often but we live with his panic disorder everyday, a ticking time bomb- he’s medically retired from the military now. He has done a lot of mental work to help himself. I will mention the book. He has found a few methods to help him but he needs a competent adult to walk him through the steps when he’s deep in a panic attack. It’s awful to see him in such a terrified “I’m dying” state so often. But we get through it. One second at a time. 🌻🌻🌻🌻
@@RowesRising I am so very sorry that your husband suffers from them too. My prayers go out to both of you.
Katie, using homemade soap is by far the best shampoo there is. It actually makes your hair and scalp feel clean. (I like goats milk soap the best) You will need to condition your ends because it makes your hair and scalp that clean. Plus it doesn't have the harsh chemicals that makes our hair fall out. I only need to wash my hair once a week.
I like Acure or Avalon Organics shampoo. I just rinse with apple cider vinegar and water.
I have tried Avalon organic. I am going back to shampoo bars and AVC rinses. Seems I break out in my hair line and face when I use commercial brands😅
I absolutely love Dove & Herbal Essences hair products. They always make my hair soft & shiny.
Have you tried shampoo bars? I love them...lots of suds and hair gets squeaky clean. I get them off Etsy mostly.
I have! I do like them. I’ll should get another bar.
I just switched to a natural goat milk shampoo bar. Really makes this old 70 year old gray hair soft❤
I was using a shampoo bar and really liked it!! I should get it again. I bet the goats milk is nice.
Where do you buy it from,? I have crazy hair, dry and brittle.
@@hortenciawall-salas9831 I found one online from Chagrin Valley soaps, but there are lots of small businesses that make them. I specifically wanted no preservatives or extras.
@@hortenciawall-salas9831 I got mine at a local shop, but there are several small companies online like GoatMilkStuff
Yes, and just regular goats milk soap bars does the trick. My absolutely favorite to wash my hair with.
I have thin fine hair and have found shampooing like regular and only applying conditioner on my ends does not weight my hair down ! It always felt greasy and weighed down and doing it that way has helped.
I do the same with conditioner- I keep it on the ends. My hair gets heavy with the “no-poo” methods. 😅
Elderberry jelly was my first canning/preserving event almost 45 years ago.😊
Mine too! So funny. 13 years ago my canning adventures started- the memory of the little jars still pops up on my Facebook. Elderberries are one of my favorite harvests. 🪴
I would love a recipe!
Do you have recipes for how you use your elderberry?
Yes I have a whole playlist- Wellness Remedies
