- Will this 1976 ford bronco run after 21 years
Will it run
Will it run after 30 years
Will the old 302 in this ford bronco come back to life after setting for 21 years
P.O. Box 9 timbo Arkansas 72680
Got my buddies 76 highboy started after it sat for 25 years when I was in highschool, replaced the fuel lines and filter, she ran like the day she was parked. Love this content, it's truly a one of a kind feeling reviving these old engines.
How it was when I got my Uncle's '73 International pickup many years ago,it had sat for many years but once I put a new fuel pump and a used carburetor on it and a few other things it started right up and I drove it for seven or eight years after that.
You know when Jennings Motor Sports uploads, it's gonna be a mighty fine day

Second that
Agreed
Amen
This guy is a goldmine for learning how to restore old carbureted engines, great to watch!
Man I love that style of Bronco. Restored those things can bring a mighty hefty sum.
Great job getting it running. I bet these little Broncos with that 302 really get up and go. So small and lightweight!
One with a 351w is a riot. Engine with a seat. The stock 2bbl on a 302 is pretty potent as well. Dad could light up all four 7.50x15.00s without much trouble.
Judging by the overall condition of the car, I really didn't think it would start this easily
Mostly cosmetic damage so that’s why it started without problems
Of course it would ford Broncos are tough as nails
he’s done far worse
I love these videos. I've got a 68 fargo power wagin that's been sitting for 30 odd years that was my grandpas. Finally ripped the rotten motorhome off and trailered it to my grandma's house. Got an old 318 in it that apparently didn't run so great after it was rebuilt so I'm gonna do what I can to try and get it running but these videos are very informative and give me the hope I can do the same thing 😅
I really enjoyed watching this video! It brought back some good memories. I owned a nice 72 with the 302 engine in 1978. I had a lot of fun with that truck.
Sounds good, had the opportunity to buy one of these cheap about 20 years ago. I wish I would have.
Your videos make me so thankful that there are no dirt daubers up where I live.
Thanks!
These videos are great to listen to while falling asleep.
Great! Love these vids. Only mild disappointment was it was 20mins!! It's not boring watching you wrestle with these recalcitrant old girls. Much appreciated, can't wait for next one👍👍
Nothing like starting fluid, gasoline and "Starter Relay Sparks Flying" just inches away!!! I had fun and "like" watching anyway. Smile!
I have one , got it a trade for work i did, needs a lot work but the basic is worth it, had one about 35 years ago, good job on it and wish you the best of luck on getting on the road again.
This guy is the SteveMRE of firing up old engines. Good shit.
love your videos and love your optimism , watching from Australia !!
Your videos always relax me its very calming to watch you work on these old guys.
This engine has an ether addiction! 😄 Good job getting it running. I'm in Arkansas too (I saw the license plate) 👍
I enjoy watching you bring those old mtors back to life. I once brought a 1969 chevelle back to life in my younger days.
Really cool to see and hear that old Ford run again!
Fastest will it run on the you tubes, love this stuff. You always find the good stuff man.
Nice to see a uncut bronco. Half cab. I had a 66
clean , one owner , cold air (in February) , knee-deep in rubber , needs EVERYTHING ! ...
You folks down south sure find some interesting vehicles! Really enjoy your videos. Cheers from Canada!
We tend to stay very attached to these old girls, you’re never surprised seeing one on the road but you do get happy.
The combustion engine heritage project by Jennings Motorsports.
Veeery interesting videos. Thanks.
Greetings from Germany.
Nothing but a serious offer. No wasting you’re time or energy. I want to surprise him while i still have him around. He is turning 82 in August 2022
Dude, you are a hoot to watch. Love your vids and your easy going attitude
Love a half cab!
Yep great filming , but her got it running , someone will love this project !!
Starting an old engine, I would always try to warm it up a bit. A 500 watt work light under, and very close to the pan overnight works great!
Gotta give it to ya. You managed to start up some vehicles that some would say were headed for that great rush pile in the sky. My hats off to you
I love the sound of the starters when those old Fords are being cranked!
Another interesting video! Very satisfying to see you get these vehicles running again!
Very nice.
The little truck has potential.
Now that’s a real bronco
The 302 are good motors, had a Ford Mustang with a 302👍
I knew the ether would come out and boy did you make use of it. I did that, once. Blew out the front seal, both valve cover gaskets and made a hell of a bang with a white cloud. Dogs were barking, neighbors were running out of their house thinking it was a gunshot.
Have you considered a starting fluid manufacturer as a sponser?
I could swear I heard eggs frying when you tried to turn her over ... Either it was breakfast time, or some wires were cooking up a storm! And that carb HAS to be a filthy as a month of sundays in a pig-pen . . . B U T . . . She's a runner!
Excellent Job Sir! Keep'Em Comin'!!!
God Bless
😎
This is an identical twin to what I learned how to drive in! I sure miss it!
Best days are when I see you upload. Keep em coming man!
Ah Yes! Love the engines with the distributor in the front!
Always great fun to watch your videos. Many thanks!!!
My dad had one of these when I was a kid, when you opened the cab I so hoped to see the little pencil drawing I drew on the passenger side of the top, that would have been amazing,
I am amazed when you manage to get some of these old rust-coated engine blocks cranking. Truly.
I keep hoping there's one I missed but then I see my like. Damn TH-cam algorithm. I'll watch again anyway.
Dude you make me jealous. Getting your hands on all these old vehicles
Awesome little half cab Bronco.
Enjoying watching these!
I would like to know what the goal is once they run? sold as is, parked for another 20yrs? fixing any up etc.
just seeing them get one last drive is pretty cool though.
The goal is TH-cam money. Good video though.
Driving ability is no concern here lol
That engine bay brings back many memories. My dad had gen1 broncos his whole life
Mr Jennings we are curious for new stuff :) Love your work!
Ima need you to do “will it run after 20 years, 2001 Ford Expedition” for me real quick
Was it parked brand new? 😂
@@rubenbraekman4515 I realized after I sent that 😂 will it run after a a couple of weeks*
@@YioMech lmao * l
Enjoyed, great vid!!! 👍👍👍
Best videos i ve ever had👍 please keep making theese videos👌👌👌
There you are. Been waiting for a new one.
I’m glad I found this channel. You remind me of one of my old buddies who was my Exes best friends boyfriend PatMan. Keep up the great videos! #GetherRunning
Love it. Man all those old broncos rust like that, even down south. I’ve seen some that a strong breeze would blow it apart.
You are an awesome dude!
Do a full restoration on this. I bet you would make it look mighty fine
Ah you're back! Nice man, engine hardly even shakes at all. I see potential here, at least for the ol 302 :)
Nice job! Man too bad that Bronco is in such condition! It would be worth a load of money in great condition!
Still is.
Just found out about this channel and I love what you’re doing I’m definitely subscribing and can’t wait to see more about that BMW👍
Good to see you again . I hoped you hadn't quit on us
Nice good way to end my night!!👍👍
Thanks for putting this video out tonight.
Got out of high school in 1973. Bought a 66 bronco, straight 6 and 3 on the tree. Should've kept that.
My mom loves these cars :D she's wanted one Brittany blue cool car 😎
Those old Fords dont die
Thank you 😊Bunn NC
That thing is awesome. Perfect patina.
Like all your videos keep ‘‘em coming
I live in Arkansas as well and would buy that one off you in a heartbeat. That would be an awesome project for a medically retired law enforcement officer. I’ve been needing a good project, I had a 63 Bronco that I restored and sold once while I was working at the sheriffs dept for extra money
Uhh.....They didn’t make Broncos and 63
Years ago maybe 2003 or 4 I bought an 81 Jeep CJ7 from a guy and he had a Ford 302 in it. I never found out what year the engine was, but that was the best engine I have ever owned in my life. And I still kick myself for selling it. I was young and not very smart was wheeling and dealing with friends all the time.
Curious, would you be willing to sell this bronco? Thanks!
Dig y’all’s stuff! God bless
You guys have a great channel!
@@Hfoutdoorsyt praise jebus
U guys just sold a bronco😭
About tree fiddy
Your content is awesome!!!
That engine runs very nice. Great resurrect video.
I’m glad you’re giving them “dirt daubers” their proper name. At least that’s what we call them in MS. They’ll clog up any thing that has an opening on a vehicle setting outside. Many mistake them for wasps.
Neat to see someone else from MS in the comments
They're not as bad about stinging as most wasps, the red ones have stung me many times....
@@6sudali red wasps are straight from the devil.
Great video!! Keep'em coming!!!
I love how these random vehicles are gettin' some love from the youtube community and mechanics.
Yay! I was wondering what happened. Glad to see another video!
Man these are awesome videos!
I love this type of content
That was a hard-fought, outright victory!
nice...very restorable....your finger is like a piston on that cleaner spray. sounds like its firing on all cylinders...amazing
You should start making merchandise like shirts that say “it’s got a key in it” 😂😂💯
Awesome. Good stuff as always.
Excellent video :) also sounds like carb issues for sure plus points even Engine Oil change do wonders! Also change starter and Solilendo plus battery cables even Alternator hook up too! Happy Thanksgiving Holiday to
My grandad had one of these exact Bronco’s. It was a solid little truck just needing floorboards and my uncle sold it to a guy for $800. It wasn’t even for sale😢!!! I’d give anything to have it back.
0:44 I see that spare is properly inflated with brush. Nice find.
Stuff it with grass and forget about flats.
Epic start!😁😄
Love the video.
Yes! Love your vids bro!
The Hilmans are valuable . Very collectible !
What a beautiful car.
Hello from Scotland UK where you been man ,missed your vids .
Thanks for the video man
HEy whats your name anyway?!! My son(11 year old) and I love your videos!! I found one then showed it to him and we binge watched damn near every one! He says he loves your accent the most! We got a 65 beetle we just fired for the first time recently. I guess I should have made a video. Keep it up. Ya got fans in communist Seattle.
That's a sweet old bronco!! Fix it!!
I aspire to save vehicle like you do.
Great video
Dennis Collins would probably buy that in a heartbeat
