Vegetarian Sunday roast with live music at Can Mimosa Garden Restaurant, Ibiza, Santa Gertrudis

A unique and unforgettable experience was on Sunday at Can Mimosa (canmimosaibiza...) Garden Restaurant situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Santa Gertudis, Ibiza (centre of the Island) with live acoustic hits sung by @jodie.kean.singer give her a follow on instagram or facebook [ / jodiekeanibiza ], amazing version of Back to Black by Amy Winehouse and others. Perfect Sunday chill out tunes. She plays various venues all over Ibiza.
The veggie Sunday roast was five star spectacular (veggie gravy, carrots, cauliflower, roast potatoes, nut roast), highly recommended. Great service too from all staff.
Had visited Santa Gertudis many years ago and always had a longing to revisit, well worth it.
Before lunch, as we arrived early, we stopped into a fantastic bar (Es Cantonet, Place De L' Esglesia) opposite the church for a snack and a beer. I may do a separate video for this later. We shared the green pea like hummus which was accompanied by deep fried veggies (courgette, I think) an extraordinary experience 10/10. Staff were also amazing, always smiling and in great form, very attentive although the bar was very busy, they could not do enough for us.
