Got this a few weeks ago, I adjust the overall gain and volume coming from the pedal, and send it through the mono unbalanced to my DAW. This way got rid of all that noise coming from the XLR out and it sounded so much cleaner. For the price, I have to honestly say, this pedal slaps!

would love a basic breakdown of what donner have named the presets ie fruit is i assume orange fd is fender mar is marshall etc be good to change these for the right naming the app is very useful as well

Hello, I got one of these devices and wanted to connect it to the DAW software on my Laptop (Reaper). However it only records clean tones. Any idea/tips for the settings?
It actually does good! Turn your gain settings down and get your levels into the DAW at -6 to -12 dBs and you should be good.
@@Homestudiosimplifed hi, I found it... the signal in USB has to be changed to "effects" so that the signal will be recorded with the effects.

I'm undecided between Donner Arena 2000 or Nux MG 30 (the price is the same for both)....which is better in terms of versatility and quality. advise?
If you haven't made a decision already, get the nux, sounds wayyyy better and less complicated, also has a better looper

I made a mess of a preset so i went into systems and did a reset bad move some of the wording of the presets have changed and i have lost presets 37 to 50
Oh no! There is another factory reset I believe…
@@Homestudiosimplifed I have version 1.0.3 there is a 1.0 version this only shows up on the app but cant access it
the unit itself just gives you the option to reset .

It doesn't sound horrible. I rather pay a little bit more and get a MX5 or HX Stomp though.
You won't pay a little more for those....between 2 and 3 times the price.

@@Rhyzen Both of you replying are fools. No one uses these. I challenge you to name me 5 well known famous acts who use this Donner. Good luck!! 🤣 Everyone knows if you want an all in one modeler you look to Fender TMP, Line 6 Helix, Axe Fx III, Quad Cortex, Headrush Prime, etc.
Need good players and who no how to program good effects in. Don't think not one on TH-cam do this. But good video
