When you buy or sell a property in Japan, it is essential to go to the municipal office
to check and verify all the aspects of a particular property.
Zoning code, construction regulation, natural hazards, roads information, infrastructure, school zoning etc.
Such work is normally done by the agents/realtors, however, you can do it
yourself.
