How common is it for Heating Element to burn out? Are the Elements connected in Series "OR" Parallel Circuits? I assume the latter (Parallel Circuit) allows the Unit to keep operating if an Element burns out but at a Slower Rate?
I noticed the word "Soak" was used. What does that mean please? Do all Furnace Units built by Thermo Fisher have this feature please?

The elements are very brittle after first use. They can break very easily. Im believe they are in parallel. It usually wont reach max temp if an element is bad.

What is/are the difference(s) between a "Box Furnace" and a "Muffle Furnace" for Laboratory use Please? Which is the "Preferred" Furnace for a Geochemistry or BioGeoChemistry Lab for small Geologic Samples please?

Sorry we are just a reseller, so there is no difference to us.
