If the woman carring her daughter on her shoulder while working voluntarily does so, i have no right to judge her own decision. But if she has to work while carrying her daughter on her shoulder because her husband doesn't (want to) help her or japan has very little to none support for newborn children and mothers (free or subsidied kindergarten, eg.), i think japan's social system fails to alleviate women's dual responsibility of working and mothering. Gender roles and stereotype are pervasive in japan. Gender equality is not realised in japan. How sad.

たくさんの種類のパン、こんなに手際よく作ってるんですね。😮あんぱん、クリームパン、リンゴの砂糖がけのパンをよく買います。米粉のパン、スパイシーチーズやさつまいも入りの胡麻たっぷり。😍美味しい。サンドイッチや食パン、フランスパンも安定の美味しさ。😉友達に買っていくととても喜ばれてます。
