This reminds me of the good days, when SciFi was actually Scifi shows. Stargate is one of my favorite shows, ever. This montage is amazing, your others, amazing. Likes and Subs have been earned.
I still think the assault on the replicator home world was one of the best fights. I get a little sad at the end though just thinking about how if they had beamed some people with the ancient gene on to some of the bridges of the ancient warships and immediately gone it gone into hyperspace before the planet blew, they could have had several more ships for the defense of Atlantis and even maybe they could have sent one back to earth to be studied and reverse engineered some of the technology and figured out how to build them on earth.
After rewatching a couple of times it is my understanding that the hyperdrivesld probably have been the primary target to keep the ships from escaping and restarting the replicators + the ships may not have had control chairs like the ones on atlantis as the asurans didnt actual need for them as the have no dna and can probably interface from anywhere on the ship to controle it witch would have forced the fleet to wait untill the replicators in orbit where atraccted by the blob at which point I dont think there was enough time to board the ships and get them out
@@100kjetil correct in this fight primary objective was to prevent asuran ships from leaving orbit and thus hyperdrive would have been the main target and while it would have been nice to have a couple of ships reverse enginering wouldn't have given any real advantage since daedalus is outright superior in pretty much any field due to having latest asgard tech
