Original Delta pepper soup. very well done. when eating eba; you cut trough the eba using your fingers, but when eating starch you pinch trough it using your fingers. Question : Is potato starch the same as potato flower. ?
Never seen a video like this before. Most interesting. I thought the potato starch was to put in soup as a thickening agent but I see you eat it like fufu,on the side. Can you tell me what potash does in pepper soup? I thought potash was initially a piece of hard rocky item which was smashed and added to Okra soup to make it " draw" or slippery. At least that is what I was told by a Sierra Leonean.
Right, you eat the potato starch just like you saw in the video, those in diaspora can find this to buy and prepare . In Nigeria we have the traditional one sold in the market. Potash , helps to blend the pepper soup spices together and gives it that unique flavour. Thanks for viewing.
My daughter, whom I naively expected to be studing( college) just sent me a text regarding my comment on fish eyes." Mom that is so gross." I am wondering what she would say about people who eat the reproductive organs of cows and bulls.Ha Ha.
@@gameworld5746 At this time of day, I find your reply rather ambiguous! Who has the honor of 1st class: me liking fish eyes or others gorging on bovine genitalia?? Ha ha!
