Beautiful mirrors! After grouting, (or before)do you think that the finish on the metal teardrops should be clearcoated so they don't rust? Thank you for the enlightening instruction!!!
Where do you purchase the gray metal !looking tear drops on your gray mirror frame please? I have some similar but I'm afraid to grout them without covering them in blutack or tape before grouting. I'm afraid the grout will remove the finish. Love all of your mirrors!
Sometimes it boils down to personal preference. These mirrors and ornaments will be inside, which means I can use Weldbond if I want. However, beads and those teardrops are sometimes rounded and have a limited point of contact with the substrate. So using a thicker glue will keep them in place better. Sometimes I use Silicone because the Weldbond is across the room and the Silicone is right there. (Convenience) You can look up product spec sheets to figure out which glue is best for what you are doing. You can also check out thistothat.com

I think there is no need to seal. These are for interior use, so I don't think they will be exposed to enough moisture to rust.

Not at all. I prefer working with sanded grout, so that is what I already have on hand.
