What is the adhesive you're using on the connector? Also, wondering why you did not reapply adhesive around the inside for the center piece. Was it just strong enough without new adhesive to stay in place?
I have an AirPod pro that the case won’t charge the right EarPod. At first I thought it was the EarPod that was damaged but I tried charging it with someone else case and it worked and that how I figured out that it’s the case the has the issue. Can that be fixed?

You're using hard metal parts to remove a plastic case? That's gonna leave some marks on the plastic man. I would sue for damages if you were working in a repair shop and did that to my AirPods Pro 2.
I'm sorry you don't like it but it's the only way to open the airpods boxes... you always try to do the best possible without leaving hardly any sequelae. In another sense, you should be grateful that they fix it for you, since surely you couldn't for something, come to us, this job is not for everyone.
@@deportistasporelmundomon-p5746 I would definitely recommend letting Apple handle any repairs or battery replacements for both the AirPods and the AirPods Case. They have specially designed tools and the necessary expertise to safely open the plastic casing without causing damage. If one absolutely needs to open these devices, it's important to use the correct tools, like soft plastic shims, which have a lower hardness than the plastic casing and thus won't damage it. However, using metal to pry open the plastic parts is not advisable and could lead to further damage.

Same issue here. I saw that the connector housing in the right slot had somehow got pushed down so now I'm going to open it up and push it back up.
