I made this today for lunch in the Ninja Foodi Grill XL. The bone-in pork chops I had were less than 1" thick. The packaging called them "rib chops". I did not use any oil.
    Settings:
    Air Crisp
    375F
12 minutes, flip at 6 minutes
    Seasoning:
Pepper, Salt, Lemon Pepper, Garlic, Paprika
The bone-in pork chops turned out excellent. The seasoning was spot on. I will definitely make these again.
Thank you for sharing your recipe.

When seasoning my meat like that in order to keep from having to flip it over and over and over and over to get the seasoning on both sides I will take all of my season and season one side with every single season and I'm going to use then flip the meat over and season the other side with all the seasonings that I'm going to use just a little bit easier and saves a couple of minutes each time. Also your not handling it so much and knocking some seasoning off with touching or turning repeatedly. 😁

Maybe try to reduce the cooking time. Overcooked can make the meat harder. (if your meat is thinner, definitely reduce the cooking time)
Or you can brine the meat prior to cooking.

    Hi…
So for air fried pork chop, it doesn’t need to brine for couple hours before following the steps in your video..?
Also, if is a must for paprika powder..? Can it be replaced by any other powder? As I don’t like spicy pork chops 😅😅

    • @AnnsHomeCuisine
