Katherine's lightning makes her regular attack not meaningless to use
Try using the slime orb, it scales perfectly with this build and u can use Asura Realm to have infinite resurrection

Thanks for watching! It's gonna be overwhelming for us both if I actually took into account EVERY item available for Katherine so I'll just list off some general tips:
Firstly, how Katherine plays is going to be different depending on which skill you use with her, so if you use the fireball:
Use items that focus on damage, like loupes for weakness (Increased critical damage), tiger tusk necklace and skull ring (more crits)
If you use her blizzard skill:
On-hit effect items are good for her. I.e the drums, toxic potion (poison on-hit chance), etc. etc.
If you use her thunder skill:
I honestly don't really know because I don't play it that much, but one item that I would recommend is the strategy item Cloudhoppers, which allow you to move when channeling Katherine's lightning.
Other general tips for items is she likes skill cooldown reduction items like Twinkling Sandglass and Labor band as most of her damage comes from her skills, and for every respective skill you have equipped, the elves that match those elements are really good for her. (I.e fire elf with fireball primary skill, Ice elf for blizzard primary skill)
Good luck on your runs! I don't think you should hunt for these items, moreso just if you see these items and decide it's good for your current run, get them. The more you play the more you'll get a sense for which items are good for your character and which aren't.
