The game Rift had some normal animals roaming around, with a chance of dropping a tear. If you got all you can get a pet made of animal tears. All the tears also have descriptions like "you monster!"

I gotta protest on the Witcher 3 entry. Olgierd isn't your friend, he's a leader of bandits that you're first introduced to by him setting you up-he tries to get you executed for regicide purely because he's bored. On top of that, he killed his wife's father when she wanted a divorce, then left her in a house she couldn't leave, with only demons she was scared of as company, where she eventually died of sadness.
It's a very complex situation you walk into, with explanations for Olgierd's actions, but choosing whether or not to let Gaunter O'Dimm kill him is a pretty neutral decision given who he is and what he's done.
A better entry for this game rewarding you for being evil is a quest called "In Wolf's Clothing." In it, you find an immortal werewolf that can't eat anything and hates life. xLetalis has a good video showing the details ("Witcher 3: How to Turn the Morkvarg Human (6 Years Later)") if you want to see how this plays out yourself.
You find out after some sleuthing that he used to be a pirate, and that he murdered a bunch of priestesses for the fun of it and was cursed for it. He's been haunting the garden he was cursed in ever since. The remaining priestesses want him killed, he wants his curse lifted, and you can demand a reward from either side.
It's very easy to kill him, but hard to do things right and figure out how to cure him. If you DO go to the trouble, though, the pirate promises you the location of a powerful silver sword, and only tells you where/how to get it after you break his curse.
The thing that makes this evil is, as soon as he's freed, he excitedly says he'll go right back to pillaging and murdering, so you've just unleashed a killer back upon the world. You can kill him before he leaves to do so, fulfilling BOTH sides of the quest and getting both rewards, but most NPCs can't be hit unless they hit you first, so it's not your first thought to try, and you've only got until he leaves the area to do it.
Theo only reason to not let Olgierd die is that you miss out on a piece of Witcher gear if you do.
Crucio, makes enemies take more damage temporarily.
Imperio, makes enemies fight for you temporarily.
Avada Kedavra, well we ALL know what this one does.
I don't think there was a way to divorce when I was playing The Sims, nor a way to adopt children unless married. I frequently had my Sim women get married, have/adopt a baby, then had their husband's killed off (either removing the pool steps to drown them or walling them to a small area & setting a fire to kill them). I then moved in another woman. Should have guessed around that time that I was Bi/Pan. 😅
At least we know that Patterz would not be rewarded for being evil in his Hardcore Renegade Platinum Nuzlocke, hence how he won first try with the path of good

The interesting thing about Cave Story is that in order to skip saving Professor Booster, you have to make an incredibly annoying jump that you only get one attempt at. AND IT'S NEEDED FOR THE BEST ENDING.
About skyrim, the mace of malag bal. Molag bal is litterally called the god of r*pe. There's also another quest for a different god, where you get a way better weapon but it requires you to kill 10 people who consider you a friend(this can be cheese by giving money to the homeless to make them your friend and then killing them or but killing one guy then bringing him back to life just to kill him again, over and over)
I wish the first two inFamous games would get a port or a remaster. They're on the streaming service, but they look blurry as hell (although that might just be their age showing, or something.) And to me, Second Son didn't feel nearly as good to control as they did. I also miss how glitchy they could be. Gave it a certain charm.
Also, for Hogwarts Legacy, the curses are mostly meant to debuff enemies. The first two both have the effect of making enemies take more damage, and you can upgrade them to spread it that to more enemies. And then the death curse can be upgraded to kill everyone who is effected with the debuff.
Pat, I wanted to suggest a "Imposter Ditto" Nulozke challenge, where you can only use imposter Ditto and when you fight someone, you can only have as many Ditto's as your opponent has pokemon.
Would be interesting to see you outsmart the opponents with same mons as they have! Also I haven't seen anyone do this type of Nuzlocke.

12:40 i suppose you in theory could use it maliciously, but it's pretty hard. Anyway, there's a spec called Retribution for Paladins in World of Warcraft, they have a passive skill that causes you to gain your major dps cooldown whenever a party or raid member dies. Obviously it's not optimal in big picture, a player alive is better than your extra cooldown, but for selfish gains like trying to get a good ranking on a boss can workout.
So about that last Spider-Man game, I believe the devs were inspired by Prototype while making it, so much that the game is very similar to Prototype down to the story and the state of the city falling apart as the story progresses
You can make a ton of downright evil choices in Cyberpunk 2077, like letting River Ward die during the mission The Hunt, or blowing up Brick during The Pickup, but none of these really reward you. However, if you tell Saul that Panam and the veteran Aldecaldos are planning to steal the Basilisk during With a Little Help From my Friends, Saul will reward with a red variant of the Mizutani Shion “Coyote”, one of, if not the, best off-road cars in the game.
However, while Saul rewards you, the game itself punishes you by locking you out of both the option to romance Panam and arguably the best ending in the game. Plus, you can just buy the Shion Coyote for 77,000 eddies anyway, so it’s not really worth it to tattle on Panam.
You haven't played the Sims until you've drowned a family so you could build a sweet graveyard.

Lmao, the Sims one. Yes, dude, most Sims players do in fact decide to torment or murder their Sims after a while, usually out of boredom when they run out of ideas.
In Cult of the Lamb, there is actually a rainbow snail NPC. If you find his little restaurant in one of the dungeons, you can attempt to hit the big snail behind him. Hit it enough times and the little snail will attack you. If you win against him, you are rewarded with a decoration labeled Massive Monster Statue, which is a nod to the creator of the game.

Hi cave story vet here, cave story shouldn't be here because if you do the "right" thing. Not only does booster die, you get locked out of the true final boss, curly loses either her life or her memory forever, and the true final boss lives to continue his evil. If you do the "wrong thing" not only does it give you the ability of a better jet pack, you can save curly's life and restore her memories, fight balos. Or be like me and fight the final boss with the mimiga mask on and get a funny joke ending.
It's basically a butterfly effect
As someone who has played The Sims, I can confirm that I like watching them suffer.
The sad part about the 'Fallout doesn't let you fo this" achievement in High on Life is that it is incorrect.

I definitely have to disagree on with the video on achievements calling you a monster counting as "rewards". Nor do I think a game is rewarding you if it locks you into the bad ending as a trade-off.

The Megaman Legends era has the darkest humour in all the original Megaman timeline, so there's a lot of things you can do.
The first game has you kick a dog to save Tron. This actually got censored overseas along with all of the times you can kick dogs except when you play minigames, which ironically give good karma. Speaking of which, there's only a couple of bad karma actions that can genuinely screw you over because the game only has one ending, so kick as many vending machines as you want because just fighting enemies gives you good karma.
The Misadventures of Tron Bonne has you play as bad guys, so being evil is encouraged. Using the Torture Room will make your crew stop slacking off, for example.
Legends 2 did not censore letting you kick a pig to farm bad karma, which can be actively helpful because you can only buy in the black market if you have really bad karma. Also if you walk in on Roll Caskett when she's naked she'll give you a discount on all your later purchases.

I'm not sure this is classifiable as a reward per se, but in Everhood if you refuse to kill anyone after you get your arm back and go through a really fancy looking door instead you get to fight Frog's Wrath, which houses one of the best songs in the game while also being such a brutal battle that it earned the nickname of "Reverse Sans" (then again the devs were massive UT fans too so who am I to judge).
Killing Frog's Wrath also grants you one of the game's secret endings.
In Zelda OOT you can torture a guy for 7 years straight.

The Mace of Molag Bal is not the best mace in the game, aesthetically sure but that is it. Maces in general are (in my opinion) the worst of the one handed weapons.. And the mace of Molag Bal drains 25 Stamina and 25 Magickia and fills a soul gem. I can get an almost identical enchantment that is stronger, and fills a soul gem.
@@HallowedKeeper_ it has the highest base damage of all maces, and you lhysiscally cant because the most you can get on a weapon, without mods is 2 enchantments, not three. And maces being good or not means absolutely nothing here
