I just recently learned I have renal failure, stage 4 and thyroid cancer. In addition my mother has stage 4 lung cancer. It's just she and I, and my 19 yr old son. I've felt so lost and alone. Found my brother dead on his couch, he drank his self to ease pain that led to heart attack- very traumatizing, still see this scene in my head. I miss him sooo, that aged me by 15 years. My father died months later, was found in his bathroom, heart attack. A relationship for 15 years ended. I was lost, went into a DEEP depression, then last year I got realllly sick and was bed ridden for 8 months. Lost 44 lbs. i lay alone with nobody. No family. I cried, I begged, I felt it was my time to goooo, i was at peace to go on to heaven. Wasnt afraid. But one day in bed, in tears i prayed and prayed lord where to tou want me, will I ever heal from this sickness, a light a bright light came thro my window, my body got real warm and I felt soo calm and peaceful. This was the lord he was with me. I cried. Few months later, Iam healing. The lord is great healer. My storm has been wild. I dont know how I have made it thus far- but I know I have the lord and I will not be afraid. Amen❤

Bishop, If you only knew where I am. My brother (50 years old)died tragically in front of me4 months ago, his first son(29 yearsold) (my nephew) was killed in a car accident 3 weeks ago. My father is literally hanging on by a thread in a Texas hospital. God sent that message for me. I needed that word truly. All glory to God! I have been shaken and feel broken… but God. 🙌🏽🙏🏽🥹

I recently lost my son 4 months ago and listening to bishop Jakes related more to the preaching at his funeral service. We are not alone. There are others going through the storm. All we need is strength and it's faith in God the father🙏
I am 50 and still single, have been praying for years for marriage. My daughter lost her job and my son has been applying to no avail. But I trust God that 2023 although it's almost ending, He will take me to His higher heights.

Thank you Bishop this is me. My storm hit 10-20-22. Shook up my marriage, my job, my foundation. Divorce is on the table with my wife and I whom I love so much. She and I both have generational curses that need to be broken that holds us back. We both love you Lord but the enemy is in this place because it's attached to some of us through others.
In this storm my wife and I completely forgot how to love, communicate, and appreciate it other. I'm trusting God can heal us and bring us stronger to tell our testimony to others.
Some people think I'm crazy for believing this but my heart tells me we will be healed and God will get the glory. We will help others through testimony. I believe this. I believe my wife and I will return stronger than before. It will scare us!!!!

I’m 37 yrs old. I’m a recovering addict. An addiction that was the direct cause of 2 strokes, a brain aneurysm, being in a coma with no brain activity on life support, then 2 open heart surgeries and a spinal surgery. God delivered me from all. He delivered me from a 9 year abusive relationship. My faith was strong. A month ago, I was hit head on and ran over by a construction truck while walking across the street. Out of everything, this has been the toughest by far. I woke up with a broke leg, 2 broke ankles, 9 broken bones in my right foot, my right foot was severed in half and sewn back on, my left foot exploded on compact and I have 80% of my foot covered in third and fourth degree burns from road rash. They gave me ketamine in the trauma bay and I haven’t been the same since. The first time in my life I woke up cursing God, angry with God for saving me. Screaming and questioning if God was real?!!!! Bc WHAT KIND OF GOD DOES THIS TO SOMEONE? I’m trying to regain my faith slowly by the day. I’m wheelchair bound and fully dependent on my ex. I’m thankful for him and his faith. My dad and roommate who also live here, repeatedly attack me verbally and emotionally daily while I’m already in this vulnerable state. I need prayer. I know how to pray myself but I feel a block. I need Gods hand and grace in my life and I’m claiming it

This message was definitely for me after my son had brain surgery August, 2022 and Feb 20,23 and he is currently in the hospital again doing alright but on yesterday I felt my anxiety on ten but on my way back up the hospital he was getting a blood transfusion my mom and everybody calling now let's be clear the enemy had already attacked me because I just had my second knee revision and was still healing but I obeyed God and kept pushing being by my son's side and I am Glory be to God he's up walking around getting discharged to rehabilitation next now my job is done I want to say our storm is coming to an end I felt this sermon with everything in me and my tears of joy was flowing like a river this morning this was very challenging for me despite my own storm I just kept pushing with everything in me my knee is better not only am I walking losing weight feeling stronger with every test Hallelujah 😘😘😘🤲🏽🤲🏽🤲🏽🤲🏽
Today is the day 3 years ago my Mom my mother- grandmother went home to be with the Lord.
Storms come but the strength God gives us the strength and grace to move forward. We don't get to control everything that happens but we can choose to accept the truth that God will give us the strength to bring you through and give Him the glory by trusting Him or stay in grief and miss out on the beautiful life God has for us.

I found out I have thyroid cancer last month, November 14. There are days that are good and some days where my emotions and fear take over. This sermon was what I needed to continue the storm, calm and steady. I'm going to make it to the other side! I will survive the storm! I have surgery to take this poison out of my body December 14th. God is with me ❤

Trust that and be wrapped in the comfort of knowing he also still knows who you are and that you love him. Your son’s address may have changed but he is still very much alive. 🙏🏽

This has to be by far one of my favorite sermons. EVERYTHING is literally my life right now and I’m trying to keep steady in the storm. I’m taking a leap of faith and leaving my 9-5 job to pursue my business full time. I have to keep reminding myself, if I stay the course and trust God; there’s greater on the other side 🙏🏽

@warrior231, wow, I too lost my husband in 2015 out of the blue pancreatic cancer and then 2020 one of our twin son's was shot and killed as I was also shot but live both my parents passed 9 days apart and today I personally feel so ALONE I TALK to God often asking him to strengthen me mentally and physically. I'm I a good friend where are all the people who were talking and texting prior to me being shot and my first born being SHOT and killed. Rejection REALLY HURTS AND so does feeling isolated no one to converse or sit with. But I'm trying. God bless you in Jesus' mighty Name. And all who may read yours and my message. I'm listening to Bishop Jake's as I try to fall asleep steady in the storm. So far, POWERFUL AND meant for me. IVE said that messages so many times about my husband, re I didn't sweat unless I saw him sweat. Now he's gone, and I feel like what am I to do NOWor i must handle this or that so much to do on my own, not where I'd like to be.
Omgggggg this message saved me!!!!! I stayed with this man through all pain and suffering. Once he got on his feet, he forgot me and told me he is getting married to someone else. Here I am feeling confused, crying, betrayedddd, then this message comes on!!! Lord let me see what u have on the other side of the wallllllllllll!!!! I have been going through a many storms 😩 i got denied heat and my son Brandon is disabled and this man is using him for his money. But I know God will bring me safely on the other side. I am a 2 time cancer survivor. I lost my living angel my mother on Memorial day 💔 😢. But I will not stop my faith in God

Come on here on replay but it's never to late to receive a message from God,i am in 2 storms at the same time and you know God steadied me in this huge storm and i didn't even realize that what was happening all i knew it's a few months ago i felt a peace came over me like i never felt in my entire life,i honestly thought it was just for ah day but actually it's been 6 months since and counting and i haven't felt any different as ah matter of fact i know find myself thanking God for allowing me to go through this storm because i see so many changes in me,my thoughts are way different,i love the person i am becoming and i know it's because of this storm,and what i can say with full confidence is i am gonna come out of this huge storm on God's timing which will be the best time,so all whose in a storm just keep praying and be sincere to God because he listens and he will be in the storm with you,i don't go to any church but i listen to Bishop Jakes every day,sometimes i listen to the same videos over and over again

Last 7 years has been a storm that I can't get through..... sister,dad,2 nieces, THEN my daughter 2019,mom 2021 and 11/27/2022 my son took his last breath @1:50 pm.... Grandson in foster care due to father's vindictiveness PLANNING SON FUNERAL NO INSURANCE IM STILL SHORT 2,573.80 DUE 12/08/ SERVICE 12/09 GOD PLEASE I'm loosing my mind.

I tried to fix my husbands infidelity, in finding out the storm, I was hysterical and broken. In my brokenness, I was lead to my own infidelity. I am still dealing with the same storm, but now I am choosing to be steady with God in the storm. Praying for my marriage restoration.
Marcia my cousin is going through this right now and I'm standing in prayer for her cause he used her just for a green card but I believe GOD can turn it around! Blessing to you.
I prayed for a word this morning because the storms of life has been overwhelming lately and a text message popped up to me to be steady in the storm with an icon saying click to hear Sundays message. God confirms His word! I am grateful!

My Fiance passed away 11 months ago but every time I felt I was about to lose it. I did not care where I was I would go into a quiet pray and I would feel this sinces of peace come over me . I new it was God I've been grateful ever sinces Yes I miss him but I do understand God needed him more. and I know God has me secured. Glory Glory Thank you!
