This is great - I needed a refresher and these are always hard to get my head around. I would love if someone goes further and explains the "envfit" function because I've seen it used in different ways, which confuses me.
this is very good. Only thing, the jump from the user defined distance mtx to the ordination space (around 2:30) could be further explained, since there lies the core of the algorithm itself.
What if our biological data is percent cover of the species instead of the abundance of those species? May I assume that we can still use Non-metric Multidimensional scaling analysis?
Very good. Probably the best NMDS video I have found on youtube
Excellent presentation, well organized and your voice is clear

thanks this was extremely useful for my acuatic ecology exam! :)
Thank you very much for the really nice video. My regards, Sir.
U DID SUCH A GOOD JOB! thanks

Thanks. It is very well explained.
Thanks, great video! Will have to apply this
Great video. Thanks for posting!
i am so thankful for this
thank you so much for this video, can you explain how to make the scree plot for NMDS in R?
Thank you so much
is it possible to have a K=3 with a stress=0.007?
Thank you I really needed
Does it serve presence/absence ecological data?
Did you find the solution for this?
thank you very much!
