- See the duplicate lightsaver video in the video response yellow box place first, you need to do that before you do this one. This shows you how to make a super lightsaber with lots of the same crystal. First use the duplicate lightsaber glitch (in my other video) to make several of the same kind of lightsaber crystal then you can overload the saber with the stacked powers of that crystal many times over. Stuff like damage, critical threat and attack stack, but attribute stuff like wisdom, constitution and charisma do not stack.

I remember using this glitch 8 years ago haha now that I just finished playing this game for the first time in several years(especially after that random update, hint at a kotor 3?), but I always wanted to know if this certain glitch I tried before still works. It was a glitch I just stumbled upon which gave me both force enlightenment and force crush on dantooine on light side after Kreia reveals herself as a Sith.
What I did was:
- enter the Jedi enclave without Kreia as a party member
- after the cutscene at the tree in the courtyard, exit the enclave, add party members again, then re-enter the enclave
- use one of your party members in the enclave and go solo, and go talk to the jedi masters
- the cutscene will cut halfway with a journal entry but you don't get your new force powers yet
- walk normally with your main character to the place where the jedi masters meet you: instead of the scene where they threaten to strip the force from you and kreia intervenes, you get the cutscene where it's assumed you killed all the jedi masters and kreia drains you unconscious
- after you wake up from this cutscene, you get both force enlightment and crush
I tried this just recently, but it didn't work. I want to know if this glitch ever worked for anyone else?

also i would like to thank the person that created this video. i've been watching this video for a very very long time for each of my playthroughs of kotor 2 and this glitch has helped me shape my jedi into the bada** i've wanted him to be. THANK YOU SO MUCH for keeping this video up for all these years for me! you've helped me countless times. you have no idea. this is one of my most favorite games i've played through it atleast 7 times now. i couldn't be happier that this video exists.
I've done this glitch before but one time I experimented by using multiples of 2 different crystals It worked most of the time :)
2023 gang. This is so helpful. KOTOR 2 is an all time MASTERPIECE
btw a quixoni crystal (the dark side only one that does +5 damage) with 24 crystals in 1 double bladed lightsaber does 132-164 damage. i mean you touch most enemies and its insta-death! hot knife through butter!
If you are a clearly aligned to either light side or dark, talk to Kreia when you hit level 15. She'll ask you what you want to be. If youre dark side you can be Sith Marauder, Sith Assassin or Sith Lord.
and thats how i learned these exploits, by reading the sites - then after trying them several times and reading side by side w/xbox it would be so much easier to have what to do look like the actual game, so i made these
Tried this with the Switch port, created a whole bunch of Opila crystals through cheats. You don’t need to leave Paragus or go to other planets to do this. As long as you got even just Atton with you, you can do this at the work bench on the Harbinger.
for all those wondering as i did. if this works on PC. i can confirm that it does work on PC. i have the steam version of kotor 2 for pc and it DOES WORK. again THIS WORKS ON PC! i couldn't be happier. just follow the exact steps he outlined in the video and it will work just fine. again i tested it out myself and it works! there is a lot of conflicting information about whether this works on pc and it does work for the steam version of kotor 2.

Hey!! If you're gonna use an opila crystal, you should use a beam gem lense for the keen effect. Imagine your lightsaber with an extra 14-84 dmg hitting on 17, instead of 19. Like twice as many crits. Then you add in a master critical strike feat, and then your lightsaber will crit on a roll of EIGHT!8 double damage with bonuses almost every attack!
Okay people: THERE IS NO DARTH VADER CRYSTAL.
This is simply what the guy named his character in KOTOR II. He got the crystal in the Kinrath Cave on Dantooine, a crystal focused on the main character.
if you go to the jedi ruins where there are a group of people near it there will be a lady in armor, just talk to her until she mentions she sells things and then buy the stuff from her
To get my voice I have a microphone on a stand going into 1/4" input on a 10 watt guitar amp, the output goes through a mono to stereo adapter and thats goes into a y-adapter to get to 1/8" stereo input to the vid capture pinnacle device. the audio from the xbox goes through a dual rca to 1/8" stereo adapter to the other side of the audio 1/8" y cable.
when i set up my character, i named it darth vader ....

@numbah16 yes you are correct, kotor takes place 4000 years before the very beginning of SW: EPS 1and kotor 2 took place five years after the ending of kotor 1 and i dont think vader would live that long maybe only 60-80
Star Wars:Knights of the Old republic, I recommend you buying the first one to know the story, then get the 2nd
also theres a cheat for lightside people in the korriban tomb. if u have a nerve amplifier belt u can get unlimited force heal. just equip, use force heal. unequip, u'll get negative force points but it still works. repeat this process for unlimited force in korriban tomb i guess it wirks for light and dark
since duplicating the saber means changing the color crystal, and that resets the other crystals, no, you cannot duplicate a super saber. I am not aware of being able to do this with blasters or blades, if u figure it out let us know.

There's also a glitch to use both the light and dark side crystal, I don't remember it exactly, if you equip a lightsaber and put in both, you can still use it because if you are dark the dark overrides the light and vice versa
he must have trained in the hidden tomb in the cave on korriban its reall easy to lvl up there and u can keep going on and on
just keep in mind if you go in as a light side char then your force regen is greatly reduced

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic uses Star Wars d20 rules. This means when you attack an enemy your game rolls a 20 sided die, and if this roll plus your attack bonus (47 in your case) is higher than the enemy's AC or Armor Class, you successfully hit them. Your lightsaber has +47 to attack, or to hit.
@MrLordAlex13 Or you can play DS all the way until you get your DS prestiege level, but not play through Nar Shadda. Then once you get your DS prestiege level you can do the infinite LS/DS points glitch at the landing pad on Dantooine to get your character up to LS alignment. Then play through Nar Shadda and go back to Dantooine and do the infinite LS/DS points glitch at the landing pad and get your character back down to full DS alignment.

@MrLordAlex13 Well, you can stay lightsided up until you go to Nar Shadda... and get to the point where you have to go to the Jekk Jekk Tar to rescue her.
Then you can play DS again, and finish the planet. You can go back to Dantooine and do the infinite LS and DS points glitch at the landing pad and bring your Jedi back to 100 percent DS alignment.
Ah, nvm. Forgot you have to have the lightsaber equipped. Thanks for the video!

There is about a 1 second delay for the sound and video to go through the pinnacle capture stick and thats enough lag so i can see and hear the game and my voice buts they delay makes it not very playable, so i play through my tv like y'all do. I record in VCD format which makes for a fairly small mpg file, around 20 to 50 megs for thes tutorials here, and I turn on the mic, record to my hard drive, and in one shot I got my voice and the video all together. Record, upload, nice and simple :)

ive done it before you use the hississ glitch in the cave on korriban, you find the room with the dead jedi and just keep hitting it and it spawns a bunch of hissis and then you just kill them all, you cant die in the cave and I use force lightning and it hits every one and you just keep leveling up enjoy
exactly what i did. played through and beat kotor 1 and 2 at least 2 or 3 times each, after that i looked up glitches to get more out of the game
i had an unglitched saber with my damage up to 30-78, it was pretty intense
force enlightenment, the saber style with the extra attack, and master flurry, and my single saber would one hit KO storm beasts. took 2 rounds each time i attacked sion.

the first set of numbers under critical threat is the roll on which you'll get crits; the second number is the amount of damage added. seems like ya mixed that info up. the roll you need to crit doesn't change - the amount of damage you can do does.

ProzacGraal dude u dont need to exit the workbench every time u put a crystal in! all u do is exit the upgrade screen for the lightsaber! that should help some
just make sure you duplicate heaps as every crystal you glitch you lose 1 so if you duplicate 5 opila crystals youll only be able to glitch it 5 times before you run out of crystals

well yes there are better crystals to duplicate and such .. i prefer to call it using a feature of the game which may not have been intentional or advertised :)

I discovered this by accident after the game came out.
I actually found this glitch by accident when TSL first came out but I didn't know how to reproduce it.
Early in the game I put a Rubat crystal in my Lightsaber and then it disappeared. I was mad until I realized that my saber still had the stats from the crystal.

fist goto the guy that sells the onasi blaster(save first). make sure u dont have enough to buy it. try to the glitch is then active

doesnt your own crystl get more powerful as you get more powerful if so wouldnt it be better to use your own crystl to make a super saber?
Has anyone else ever glitched a lightsaber so hard it's actually having negative attributes? I put about 64 lorddian gemstones in a saber and it's giving me -96 defense. I did the glitch in a previous file and only put about 50 in there and didn't have any problems. Please any information you have would be great, as I can't figure out why this would happen with only about 14 more crystals
What button do you hit to assemble?
if u take all ur costum crystals that u duped from there sabers n then had Kreia upgraded it, then only the origanal will remain
thats right. see my lightsaber duplicate video .. it duplicates the crystals that are in the lightsaber too
what ever you name your crystal, that will be the name of the crystal

My friend you need to show the before and after effects of this glitch. many people suffer froom not understanding the value of upgrading items. show us a duel with sion using this glitch.
well, the wires out from my xbox spit off with y-cables, which connects it to my vcr for playing on the tv on the L2 input channel, and also to a Pinnacle PCTV HD pro stick that lets u watch tv on the computer via usb.
HOLY!!!!!! Level 50 cap? What do you train on? On my last complete game, I only ended up with 25 or so. 39...that's a lot of feats and powers...
The +47 is your hit chance rating.
i don't think this fully works in the Xbox
yes it does do the glitch itself but if the game saves in any way shape or form including autosave
it crashes the whole thing

Actually it's considered a Dupe/Glitch. The factyou are watching this means you in fact are what you call, "Cheating"
on my version of the steam game I have to save and close the game between each time I use this or I can't put the duplicate crystal in the top.
I had thought that too, but it turns out it just doesnt always let you put the cystal in. If it doesnt show up just click assemble, exit out of the workbench and keep trying till it does again.
@AsianSwag19 Hey Dude here is how he got so many opila crystals you go on to this guys other video duplicate lightsabers take all the crystals out then you have however many crystals you duplicated hope this helps :)

Next go out of the sell list and goto any other trader. Have equiped watever u wanna multi sell...... note: this doesn't work on lightsabers armor or any upgrade or crystal............ u normally can sell something u only have 1 of : 2 0r 3 times....... but sumtimes u can sell some thing infinite times

It won't let me stack more than 2. When i stack two, the others become unavailable for choosing. What am i doing wrong?
dammit somthing is completly wrong when i download a crack and put it to the kotor 2 folder it doesn't overwrite what it's supposed too dammit i gotta find a diff crack and even when it has the same name it doesn't overwrite wtf should i do??

wow...it's hard as hell to get mira on the darkside o0.i had to play through the game 2 times to finally figure out how to get her fully on the darkside.

this game came out for normal xbox.. you can probably find it somewhere for $10
