The LROR videos for the last couple of years certainly back up what you are saying. These guys only seem to do medium and hard trails, and as someone once said on here 'there isn't a lot of medium' 😀

A video on the adaptation of the salsbry and the front coil overs would be extremely interesting.
I've located one out of a rusted out FC 101 just wondering if it would be worth the time, probably in combination with a Detroit stuffed in it.
And coilovers aren't something seen on landrovers at all so it's very intriguing, especially with thoughts to cost and effectiveness it'd be great to have a breakdown. You've done a lot to the landrover, it's really insightful to see something done to this level of complexity it almost makes it seem compelling to do, anything you share from it is extremely educational
Awesome videos as always, happy new year.

The transfercase rear output shaft on the lt95 is short making it unable to handle much twist before it fails, so im hoping the stockish driveshafts become the failure/weak point instead. Gearing in box and tc is standard while diffs are 4.10:1 or maybe 4:11, i can never remember 😂 pretty much same same.

@@seanmclellan2370 It would be nice to get 49% reduction on tc ratio that the lt230 can offer but its a lot of work.
Id either need to get a different box or cut the lt95 as the box and tc are integral. Finding a different lr box that will sit happily with the torque of the 4bd is debatable.

Its a good box/tc but has its issues. Like the shortish rear output shaft which doesnt allow much twist before it fails and the ratio jump between some gears isnt great.

Eventually Michelin agreed to sell them to me but at over 800 a corner it's just way too much.
