Salutes to Sen Dog for taking time to heal himself from the road until he was ready. Salutes to Cypress Hill for having enough love for Sen to keep the door open and support the group and him in his absence.
Terribly unfortunate for him, but it makes me feel better hearing his story cuz I can't keep my attention on anything... I have a bunch of half completed projects, constantly starting new employment, because I either got frustrated or bored... started to feel like I was broken... but when you see, one of your OGs telling us about their own personal struggle, it makes me feel like I'm not alone, and also proof that any of us can rise above our circumstances...Salute to Sen Dogg
You should try coffee, or nicotine (i.e. nicorette if you're not cool with cigs), weight-training, and mental discipline and rewarding yourself when you can focus for some time...these things really helped me and I'm on the verge of finishing up my first novel. 107K words, hopefully will be a best-seller, I think it has what it takes. Don't just give up, try to work on how to improve that focus.

But that was some of the best advice I could get that consistently motivates me till this day!
I been jamming cypress hill since I was youngin and it's nice to finally see the whole cypress hill crew together with dj muggs and Bobo and having an adult convo while chilling and smoking
Muggs and Rome Streetz have one together but they are coming out with another one. Gza has an album with Muggs also. Just pull up Dj Muggs and the list of colabs are crazy. I would like to hear him and Havoc together just because Havoc doesn't rap on alot of different people beats

Sen’s an essential member, sometimes one feel’s like the smaller wheel on a trike, but just have fun and party. Sometimes you’re in an uncomfortable spot that you need to endure, cause if you’re restless to go with the flow, you’re going to lose out. Enjoy the less attention, it has benefits too.
