I tried to play r6 with a keyboard and mouse for the first time, I have been playing for a long time on controller, and had to give it a go on pc. enjoy
I use similar keybinds, mouse 5 and 6 to lean and space to crouch. I'd recommend changing some graphics settings like turning off bloom/lens flares, it adds that haze around lights and particles which can make it harder to see. Other than that just practice and you'll get the hang of it. Skill level for me was pretty equal from console to PC (although I did have some PC experience on other games), I was emerald/diamond on console and now I'm emerald on PC and I could probably hit diamond if I try real hard. Good luck avoiding cheaters lol
