Could you please help me. A question was asked in my interview today, the question is
How do we fetch all accounts that have at least one or more contacts and we have to show fields like account name, last modified contact name related to account and in the org we have millions of accounts and contacts. And data have to show in datatable in LWC.

Q-> As we know In production there shouldn't be any system.debug statement in apex,then how to check the issues in production that are generated by apex ?
follow proper error catching mechanism.... infact a good error catch framework should be used ... go through those error logs whenever apex fails..

@@satyam9515 ofcourse, you need to check debug logs.. and need to set up debug levels as per your need.. it will have everything happened over that transaction.
