He has well knowledge in public speaking .I really admire him how he carries himself so calm and confident while delivering speech. Most of the people in comment section are talking about 2nd place winner was deserved ,bt in my guess he is so deserving for getting 1st winner. Bt she was also excellent.

I don't know about y'all, but I honestly think that the 2nd placer deserved to have won. She had better enunciation of words, and had even used on-point gestures. Public speaking heavily depends on making a connection with your listeners/audience. The 2nd placer lady has done a great job at that, while the one held champion missed a good deal at grabbing my attention. #justsaying 🤷♀️

I think so what I thought that what all second and first have the difference is that a champion used a different tone and hand movements where as the second place didn't used
He did have a smile in his face that's what made a plus point...I knew many judges notice that too

Someone said, 1st place lay emphasis on his audience understanding what he says, but 2nd place lay emphasis on making sure audience understands she is good not the content

All judges seem chinese . It must be a hard decision. He was good however.
Thank you for furnishing us the opportunity to set the record straight - we cherish and adhere to Singapore’s racial harmony and meritocratic beliefs - in other words, our judges have lived with and espouse those beliefs strongly and evaluate the contestants’ speeches based on the rubrics given by the tournament committee that are 100% merit-based. Content, body language, vocals, rapport, and other public speaking related elements - NOTHING to do with ethnicity or race or religion. Hope that is beyond doubt😊👌
