I just tested the Luke vs KM matchup myself in duels, and I used the same strat the Quake players used to use against KM (trigger Reverb, wait for it to go on Cooldown, and apply Concussion right as Cooldown as about to end/Reverb is about to come back online) This way, the "new" Reverb that triggers after I applied the Concussion only dealt dmg around 25% of the time (if I applied a 75% Concussion) It doesn't prevent the Armor and therefore the Reverb from coming back completely like I thought it would, but doing it this way *does* prevent some of the Reverb dmg via AAR. So the Concussion *can* prevent some of it, you just need to apply it before Reverb comes back online again after the cooldown. I can record a Duel and send it over discord if needed.
Another really fun interaction I've noticed is Titania vs Attuma. Every time he converts hydration into concussion, the debuffs count for Titania's passive furies and haymaker cooldown.
R3 Luke has been one of my snap-picks in BGs for months now, taking Nick in 70 seconds at class disadvantage should alone prove he's a good champ, but those other matchups like Bullseye, Korg and non-skill like Serpent and Enchantress elevate him to one of the best Science champs in the game. Punching down with a R3, he hardly ever loses. I genuinely think he's the best option vs Bullseye in this Victory Track, most of the usual suspects to fight him can't counter the power gain. Great video.

I don’t have a 6 or 7 Luke cage just yet but this really is good to know! The other day I got Jessica jones from a 6* nexus crystal so I can’t wait to team them up ❤
He has ulity + dam n ability accuracy reduction what else u need..he is safety net for many many mid skilled players....not everyone is highly skilled like u or grass
