We had some partial bags of a few different frozen fruits so gave your recipe a try using mangos, blueberries, peaches and strawberries . It was hard to choose a favorite...they were all good! Yum, I love mangoes! When we pick them off the tree though, it's such a messy chore to try to eat the juicy ripe ones! LOL. I was curious... supposedly grinding chia seeds increases your body's ability to absorb their nutrients, so is there a reason why you don't just blend them with everything else?

I am a 'crunch' person. I like the crunch of chia. You can grind them if you'd like to...it's perfectly okay and good. Thanks for sharing. 😊
