Regarding the photo and signature uploading I have a doubt. We did this and reached the payment page without any problem. The images too seemed to be good (45kb and 16kb resptly). Can we proceed further? Is there any way to know whether there is any problem with the images? Pl advise.

I don't think you can. Coz state caste certificate is considered invalid for other states. If you are getting nlu which is not in Maharashtra, it might create problem. Please make sure this once again.
