    Very good tutorial. I am a rock/singer-songwriter kind of person just starting out learning about the intricacies of synths and decided PIgments was the way to go for someone like me. Got it Yesterday at a $89 Black Friday sale (Audiodeluxe). We are on Pigments 5 now, but the so far the changes in GUI are small and easy to deal with.

    Just got Pigments (5) and when I saw you had done a tutorial series I stopped looking for any others. Love that it's in relatively small and defined chunks so I can do a couple of videos a day and take my time really learning this synth.

    Perfect video, super helpful! Just one thing: by default, filter 1 and 2 are in series, not in parallel. So if the "filter mix" knob is set to 100% F1, the sound will go through both F1 and F2. This is easily changed my adjusting the "filter routing" knob on the top right of the interface.

    thanks so much for this series- I picked up Pigments for $99 with the current deal from Image Line. I couldn't resist it! It is a spectacular sounding synth- and I love the easy to understand yet extremely deep interface

    Your content deserves so many more views! I have been watching tutorials for YEARS and your's really resonate for me.
    I don't know how you manage to structure your content but i rarely feel left out and have constant wow moments as the gaps in my knowledge fill. I'm sure it is a combination of my previous learnings too but i wish you all the success man. I'll share whenever i can.

      Thanks so much!! I love synths and audio so much, and spent so much time reading, studying, and practicing, why not make courses and help others out ya know?

      That's really great to hear!! I aimed to focus on one section in each video with out it being too much or too little,.

      You are correct, I noticed that right after I finished the video. It's the first thing discussed in the next video in the series

    Hello
    Thank you for this very interesting and useful tutorial series for pigments.
    Could you activate the subtitles on this video because I do not speak English and it is not possible to activate the subtitles and the translation.
    Thanks in advance

    • @jonaudio
      @jonaudio  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The auto generated subtitles should be working if you click on 'CC' and select auto generated.

    • @patrickpitron
      @patrickpitron 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jonaudio precisely, it is not possible to activate the CC. You have to go to your TH-cam Studio on the video to authorize subtitles.

    • @jonaudio
      @jonaudio  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The whole series now how automatic subtitles activated. let me know if you still have issues. thanks!
