- Yes it's the name but this boat did make me feel like Tony Stark. In this video we put the prototype of the New Sterk 31 to the test in very challenging conditions with large steep waves that were coming into the bay with a very short wave period. The kind of conditions that can break some boats if you go to fast. After that test we whipped around the corner to find some flatter water and opened the twin 300Hp Yamaha's up to wide open throttle and experienced the full capability of this exceptional machine.
Considering speeds we hit and the conditions we tackeled this Sterk 31 is a brand you need to watch if you're looking for the next level in performance day boats. This thing is a bit of an animal so she needs to be tamed by tallented and experienced drivers. But if you have the experience to drive a 31ft boat at projected speeds of 70kts then the Sterk 31 could be the boat for you.

Dan, you are the Everyday Bunny of recreational boating! One minute off Sydney Heads buzzing by the locals, and the next...well, where!? The Gulf States, perhaps...or now, back in the Med. And almost always with a fast (or faster) boat to get the rest of us cranked up a bit. Good show on the water, an all inclusive set of features on the tour. Just 'Wow'!

Dan, looks like it would be a very practical boat to be used as a tender and watersports deployable from a super or mega Yacht. Also good for doing coastal cruising from a superyacht. The cabin could be used for things like seabobs and water skis.
Hmm yes now thinking of it you could use that cabin as more like a toy garage too. Maybe remove the cushions and install racks for dive gear, sea bobs etc. good thinking John. 👍
I have a different thought on the beginner thing. You can drive a porsche after getting your license. It just depends on how you use it and so it is in terms of boat driving I think. Driving this beast at 20-30 knots should be more safe than any tube boat without any technology on it. What is your opinion on that? Keep the work up!
Yes the slower the safer thats correct. But it's generally not a good idea to jump into something super high powered without any training. You can very easily accelerate faster than you realised you were going and then things start to happen a lot quicker. In time and with experience it's totally fine.
Any plans to bring this boat to the US?
