- After a bit of a underwhelming Power Book 2 Ghost Episode 8, I think we need to gear up for A LOT of action in Power Ghost 409. An episode which will see a lot of these characters on Ghost collide, the war erupting, and where we may see a major death or two and judging by the trailer for Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4 Episode 9 'Married To The Game' it does seem like we could actually have a bloodbath on our hands as we see Tariq St Patrick holding Detective Carter captive, everyone getting ready for war, wedding bells with Noma and Cane, along with the Russian's returning and a few others. I run through all the pieces of the jigsaw from the Power Ghost promo 409 and generally what we can expect heading into the final 2 episodes of Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4.

14. How will Davis become a lawyer again?
There’s so many plot lines and unanswered questions this season.

It’s also apparent that cane will NEVER turn on Monet, they lowkey been keeping each other a float without each other knowing it
They protecting each other. Monet knows more than she lets on with Cane but she doesn’t realize the more he knows the better he can help the situation. The position he’s in now gives him leverage to take over the street business which is clearly all he wants. If he’s using that to get Effie out, what makes Monet think he won’t use Noma to free his family from their own personal scrutiny? He may not need her no more but he definitely wouldn’t let not a single soul hurt her.

I see a lot of folks weren’t feeling episode 8, but I’m actually very glad they didn’t give us the same formulaic big death episode. They switched it up, which I think was brilliant. Save the major plots for these last two episodes. Now I do see big deaths in episode 9 and 10. Nobody is really safe and anything can happen. Anybody can get it.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Cane ends Monet. Somebody has to ‘kill the parent’ in this series and from what i see, Cane has the guts to smoke Monet to get to the top. We already know he’s willing to kill Dru if the stakes are high enough. And i know Cane is going to kill Noma, so he’ll be the big fish for sure.

At first I thought it was cane but now I think that’s Tariq smashing Effie in the trailer and if it is I feel like this might be the episode where she dies and I think she might go out sacrificing herself for him because even though Effies main goal is to get out of the game and go to school at Stanford I feel like a side plot for her has been her trying to get back in Tariq’s good graces and almost every episode this season has showed that she still has feelings for him even though it’s very subtle so it could it be a situation where she somehow finds out that noma and Carter are working together to take out Tariq and Monet and based on her actions in the beginning of the season I don’t think she’ll let that happen so she goes to his room to warn him which somehow leads to them sleeping together maybe they get back together maybe they don’t but either way I feel like she’ll help him take out Noma because she doesn’t like her and will never be safe as long as she’s around and because the Russians only work with Noma because they like Effie so she might be able to convince them to switch over to Tariq’s side which will put him in a good position to take nomas position in the drug game if her brother in Nigeria who might be her connect is in this episode because nomas whole organization is basically Effie, the Russians and cane and if Tariq is able to get Effie and the Russians on his side and cane ends up choosing Monet over Noma then noma is nothing and I think with all the shooting going on this episode I think noma or someone else will be shooting at Tariq and then Effie gets in front of the bullet to save him which would be her way of finally making it up to Tariq and showing him that she really does care about him plus alix lapri has said that no matter what Tariq does she’ll never let anything happen to him and that even she does care about cane and that he gives her some sense of security Tariq is home she also compared them to Romeo and Juliet so this might be going home one last time

@@sjsmith28 I believe Effie and Tariq will come together in the end whether it’s working together or a relationship because cane keeps making mention of Effie’s feelings for Tariq. He loves Effie but he’s smart enough to know her heart is with Tariq. He has also said Effie is leaving NY headed for Ca and in the last episode he also said Effie and Tariq plans to be in Ca while there’s nothing left for him but to cater to Noma which tells me, Effie and Tariq will end up working together at some point.

Cmon book 2 and book 4 are probably going to combine to cut costs. The reason it seems there’s no way they can resolve so many storylines in 2 episodes is because all of them probably won’t resolve in 2 episodes.
These last 2 episodes will be a huge letdown and only because I have invested years watching this show and Moviebot's recaps is why I will watch. Monet will get locked up. Dru will get killed. I can see Brayden locked up as well. Tariq and Cane will be the last ones standing.

Effie ends Norma daughter after catching her with Cane (isn’t a coincidence she showed up at his place unannounced that easily).
Noma ends Effie pushing Cane over the edge and causing him to take her out and becoming the king pin in New York (he takes everything after the marriage).
Dru gets set up by Det. Carter and goes to jail.
Carter tells the other det. Mona took the lady det. out causing him to take Mona out. Dru avenge her and goes to jail.
Braydon goes to rehab.
Riq gets saved at the end by ghost after Cater expose the tape of ending the guy in the safe house.
Diana will be the only one to make it out And start fresh.

Cane knows Noma is strictly business with benefits. Those benefits only last so long especially once you start fucking up. But as long as he’s the key to fixing all these problems I don’t see him losing his spot. Cane has the biggest leverage piece above them all. He can easily take Noma out or get into her ear to take out Carter. I’m also starting to worry for Davis. After he sold Noma out before “saving her”, her making that deal with Carter could lead to her finding out Davis was behind Tariq and Monets plan to have Carter arrest her. Davis made himself expendable by breaking the rules. He might be gone by episode 9.
