My brother, I'm from Puerto Rico but I love Chicago. I lived in Chicago for 7 months and I'm crazy about coming back. You can find fast work and good transportation, the train and the buses. You literally don't need to have a car to be able to solve whatever you need to do

What is the market rate rent for these apartments to determine if the price of the building is a good value or not?
