I strongly agree @lagan khurana, Indians tend to be waiting on validation of the West. If you have travelled abroad for a job you are probably awesome and if you haven't then you are probably doing a mediocre job. No one really cared much about Ayurveda, classical dance, yoga, and more such things which had it's very origin in India, until the time it was so extensively looked up to by the westerns. Sad!!

And yes, what all yogic practices given in our ancient culture and history which dates back to more than 1000s of year ago, is something that West is trying to prove it through science, forgetting the very essence of yog that its an experiential science which means one has to experience it before anything else!

Every Occult knowledge having personality I know mutually has always told me about the hanuman chalisa, hanuman chalisa has emmence capabilities, we are told since childhood ki dar lage toh isko padho, but the truth is there are a ton of changes that you go through physically mentally and spiritually when you recite hanuman chalisa aloud and many people dont know that this is also a fact that right after reading hanuman chalisa around 3 -5 times in whatsoever interval, the entire 40 phrases will be printed in your brain, you'll remember it all till the time you die.
Every religion ever has such recitations in their respective culture that sends a person into a hyperloop, making him brave enough to face practically anything.
I myself am sharing these things because I'm a well educated 19 year old who does fasts every Tuesday on the name of hanuman and is a regular reciter.
