I got so close to the finish I decided to upload this failed run of All Super Emeralds on Master. This was the furthest I had gotten on Master
I failed in a way I never even thought would happen during the run.. It all ended on a Sealed Star.
Not that it was a amazing run before then anyway (4 track resets) and I got really lucky with the SPBs for the most part. They either didn't show up when expected or they never really screwed me over so that was nice. The game can be nice!
You can tell I haven't done Emerald runs in a while when I keep forgetting to skip the Prison splits
Other than Atlantis outside a run I have never failed a Sealed Star in a cup before
I completely forgot it uses the life system still! I never paid attention to my lifes in Sealed Stars
I would be on 1 life during a Sealed Star and just playing chill...
