    When you painted the light blue, the problem wasnt that there was too much. The problem was that you were too close when you started the airbrush. Instead of going in close and engaging the brush, start the brush far away and sloy work your way in. That will give you better control.

    • @angilearnshowtochocolate
      @angilearnshowtochocolate  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've never worked with amerimist colors, but would say it depends on the thickness of the colors and your compressor. I often have a hard time getting my colored cocoa butter through my airbrush because my compressor is too weak.
      I'm more concerned that amerimist colors seem to be water based, which will not go well with chocolate. If you're looking for colors to paint your chocolate, stick to fat based colors. In my experience cocoa butter is the best carrier.

    • @angilearnshowtochocolate
      @angilearnshowtochocolate  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there,
      The different numbers are the size of the tip/nozzle and will determine how much color you spray through. Cocoa butter is really thick and a larger nozzle will make your life easier. In my set 5 stands for 0.5mm (that's the one I'd use) and 3 for 0.3mm (for more liquidy fluids).

      Emily: Practice blowing the color drops through a straw before you invest in a compressor and airbrush. Here, the compressor seems to be too powerful, or adjusted too high, or the brush held too close and the button pushed too hard, and perhaps a simple drinking straw might have worked well.
