Fuel Consumption from 100 to 180 kmh (62 to 112 mph)
Acceleration 0-200 kmh
Who needs expensive and complicated EVs, PHEVs or even diesels while this engine is fucking incredible efficient? 13.2 liter even under long full throttle, out of this world...
The engine feels itself as a diesel😊
Very good engine for performance and fuel consumption
Where’s the performance ?
Not so amazing if you ask me. My Mazda 3 with 150hp consumes about 4.8l at 130km/h and it has a 2l engine and not such a small little 3cyl engine.
@@Iconocla5t This is a 1.5L turbo 4 cylinders
The problem is that passat is much more bigger than Mazda 3. You Can compare Mazda 3 to Golf or Passat to Mazda 6.
very impressive consumption
Die farbe passt perfekt 👍🏻
Aerodynamics seems to be really strong point looking at the topspeed and consumption.
NICE ONE ! Even though I don't like the back part of it.
Unreal consumption for petrol engine considering size of Passat. It was downhill? 😅
how is it unreal with a 1.5l engine, a cw-value of 0,25 and the smallest, aerodynamic wheels
I have Octavia, 2.0TDI 150hp, R16, consumption at 100km/h is the same
@@Kalvarijathey aren't really comparable
I drive a 22 golf 8 with the same powertrain and i get about 5l/100km of fuel consumption at motorway speeds (120-130kmh) so it is actually quite incredible the fuel consumption yo get with these engines, and they are really torqie, so they feel like a diesel if you drive it
@@valtterimakela3247 not so impressive. my mazda 3 with 150hp takes 4.8 at 130km/h and it has a 2l engine
Make a vidio with the new Cupra Formentor 1.5 eTSI
2000 km range where ev has to make 4 stops at least
I love wagons but dropping the sedan was a mistake. The best car designs the automotive world gave us was the sedan and the wagon. No matter how hard they try to turn everything in a crossover.
The passat should be dropped from the range. The Skoda superb is better option for most people
What an ugly design. Technically the car is ok but design is a big let down 👎
Modern car design is a dead end. another terrible looking car in and out imho.
Schade
LOL 😂
Terrible engine choice 😀 diesel for passat and nothing else
Nope
This is diesel killer
Even the normal 1.5 TSI was a very fine choice against the 2.0TDI unless all you do is driving full gas Autobahn. The eTSI even improves this quite a bit. Even with the older non-e 1.5 TSI i had no problems driving an A3 with 5.3l/100km vs. 4.2l/100km (1.5 TSI 150 vs 2.0 TDI 150) in extra-urban conditions.. and find the 1.5 TSI to be a much nicer engine. No annoying diesel sound, actually better elasticity cause it pulls from low revs where the diesel is dead due to the looong gearing, more sporty revving if needed...feels more "modern" than the oiltanker. With only around 1l/100kmh between them you can never cash-in the diesel car under this conditions even in germany where diesel fuel is cheaper than petrol.
