I P ranked this yesterday, it only took an hour or so of attempts. I had already p ranked every other level in the game, including P-1. I also challenged my self to go as fast as possible on all of them. One level I'm very proud of is leviathan which I beat in 22 seconds. I also want to add that it is interesting seeing someone else play with a completely different play style
watching other people play games very differently and see the same level of success is so cool, picking up tech and ideas that you might over overlooked or a totally different way to approach a problem. good job on your runs buddy, keep knocking them out!

I think my main issue is that I'm killing the Masses too fast and need to enrage one, switch targets, then enrage the other Edit: it worked, though I also recommend trying to stack Parries/Disrespects for added points. Glad to hear you worked it out! Usually my style advice is to stay sliding/in the air as much possible, keep swapping weapons for freshness bonuses and take out enemies as fast as possible with weapon combos or general quick kills. You have the right idea with using parries and disrespects for style farming and I think I just absentmindedly do that in a chunk of my kill setups lol.
Just P ranked 6-1 on brutal. The thing is, style points gets reduced every time you get damaged. In the first room with 2 maurice and swordmachine, using the same moves (I just richochet the red slab revolver. Depending on the angle, one shot is enough to detonate both maurices energy blasts and if the timing is correct, the maurice drops on the swordsmachine instakilling it) I get either 200 points or 4000 depending on luck. Swordsmachine eats points like breakfast. 6-2 relatively was really easy. Got it in 3 tries lol.

Always be in the air, always be doing style actions, always swap your weapons. The timer is lenient, you can take some time to set up situations with enemies for style actions.
Not quite. I missed a kill on that run and ran back to the secret to get it (you get plenty of time for the p rank), but you can do the secret ahead of time for the health bonus and extra kills for safety. You do not need to do the secrets to get P rank kills but for some reason I consistently miss an enemy in the stage somewhere, doing the secret isn't too much time if you just grab the orb, take a kill or two and rush the final encounter.
@@KomradeKroaI think the enemy you're missing could be around the area at 3:30 because the music didn't switch to the calm version (I think) sometimes they don't fall and keep bouncing on the jump pads below, I would use coins to quickly detect and eliminate them
@@summitier22coins are the best if you're unsure if the enemies died. If you get a +ricoshot, just throw a lotta coins until you stop getting any style.
@@MrCereal369 not a fan of how the weapon works personally, I find proboosting shotguns a lot more enjoyable and it works better with my general approach to positioning. Jackhammer is very good though, respect to folks who use it.
Try to keep your air multiplier up to 3x as often as possible (bounce off walls, jump a lot, always keep moving), cycle weapons constantly to keep your weapon freshness as high as possible, try to set up things like multikills or style bonuses when you can, learn your quick kills and try to take less damage when possible

On Violent difficulty malicious faces will enrage when they drop below 50% health.

getting style is kinda easy, but try like jumping, sliding, as they give you multipliers, and always switch weapons.

You only need to hit the kill requirement, every kill after that doesn't matter
