An ocean of knowledge. I can vouch for every single sermon coming from yourself since I have mentally experienced it myself
    AS
God is extremely gracious to me because of FIRST :the sanskars imbibed in me by my revered parents ( Manorma Malhotra - My Mother & Ranjit Kumar Malhotra - My Father 'SECOND on hailing from a family of educationists & academicians AND THIRD being an Advocate & Consultant High Court & Supreme Court of India - Since 1989
I MUST ADD THAT YOURSELF IS RENDERING A YEOMAN'S SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE AT LARGE BY SHARING THE WISDOMIC THOUGHTS & THE IMMENSE KNOWLEDGE YOU POSSESS.
"THE SAME IS THE ONLY NEED
    OF THE HOUR."

One wonders at the depth of understanding. It clearly comes out that modern psychological ideas were known to Indian sages. Some perverts seem to think that these ideas came from west. Another sore truth is that Vivekanandas ideas did not get the recognition they deserved.

I believe our character is a representation of the state of our heart ( the metaphysical one ) someone hard-hearted is discompassionate and someone light-hearted is sweet by nature. What makes someone heart harded or light hearded? I believe frustration in getting what we want or desire can make someones heart bitter, as well as being totally absorbed in the illusion that the body is self and the perception that one's race, religion, creed, is superior to others can make someone inimical towards others. What makes someone light heart or loving? I believe a light-hearted nature comes from the development of goodness by having perceptions that are based in truth. Someone in goodness see's that the essence ( consciousness ) of a person has nothing to do with the body and is beyond all false bodily designations since these ego designations have nothing to do with consciousness. As it is said in the Sri Isopanisad : " One who always sees all living entities as spiritual sparks, in quality one with the lord, becomes a true knower of things, what is there as illusion or anxiety for him" ? Equanimity and peace of heart comes from perception based in truth while hatred comes from perceptions based in ignorance. Our perceptions have their resting place in the heart so as long as we are attached to illusory perceptions we condition our heart to manifest evil character and action and when we condition our heart with correct perceptions we manifest a sweet character and good action.
