So basically loan sharks are after Sungha and his sister after they borrowed some money. They are trying to repay the money but Sungha and his sister need more time, and they live by themselves (as you can see) because their mom passed away and their dad said he'd come back but didn't. Sungha uses the wheelchair for protection so the loan sharks won't attack him. They wouldn't hit a disabled boy, and they are under the illusion that he is disabled.
In the end of the movie where the man says: If this doesn't work, we'll use our trump card. Sister: Which is? Man: Putting it up on TH-cam. XDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDD

In the movie, his sister told him to act like a disabled by sitting on a wheel chair when scary men come. The scary men appear to be debt collectors or something. By acting like a disabled he can avoid being harmed by debt collectors. Sungha and his sister appear to live like fugitives in the movie. Hope this will help.
