good job with lettering! the intended spot, as another commenter found, is:
at 3:42, where can 6 go in the region at the bottom left? now where can 6 go in the region at the top left?
from there it does not need any lettering

It could have had a German whisper line in row 1, too, where it has 2-6-3.
Sub-colors on 2-3 pairs helped me know between a 2-3 & a high in column 1. (It didn't let me use letters on my smartphone. At least I didn't see a way.)

I found it much easier once I realized the only place for 6 in the lower box on the left hand side could only go in C1 R34. That places 6 in R2 C3 forcing R4 C3 to be a 4. The puzzle falls apart from there.
